Ingredients: Detergent, guar gum, and vegetable glycerin. Method: Take the vegetable glycerin and add two teaspoons of it with a teaspoon of gaur gum and pour that into a jar. Next, add 72 ounces of water with 8 ounces of your detergent /soap and stir. Finally, you’re gonna add another 36 ounces of water and let that sit for about half an hour.
My question is what if it sits for an hour? is it still good or if it sits for 6 hours or 24 hours or 72 hours, iguess an easier way of saying it is how long does that S$&% last?
I LOVE how simple this is to how strong your bubble is!! I've been struggling with guar gum using isopropyl alcohol and baking soda blend in my slurry and sweaaaaaar its never this strong! I also love that this is a super simple 3L recipe - so THANK YOU - I'm off to order some veggie glycerin now!!

I use what I use for the shampoo and soap bubbles and then in the shower (since I do it in the bathtub) I make a little water so that it is not so thick and then I do the sbubbles and that's it

I just found a new mix gonna try out today with giant wands so mix the guar gum with sweet honey baking powder 4 L of water 400 mm of fairy and your good to go and if you mix it with a drill paint mixer you don't get any lumps you can always use hair gel or sex lube gel day work for me the my bests 3 mixs so far I'm all ways experimenting then I go to the park and test them out

Hey Kieron!! I'm from the USA, when you say Detergent, I believe in the states it is called Dawn dish soap? Do you think we are thinking the same things as I heard you reference Dawn in your ingredients, I normally only use the word detergent when referencing Laundry.
I think the name of the chemical we're after is triclosan. But there's other stuff stuff in Dawn like sodium laurel sulfate, which is another very common chemical in many detergents and soaps. I don't know how much those extra ingredients matter, but pretty much any liquid dish soap is going to have triclosan.
Then you must be fairly young. It's only in the past 30-40 years that people started reserving the word "detergent" for laundry or machine dishwashing. Look at old bottles of Ivory brand dishwashing liquid, and they were labeled "Gentle White Detergent"., maybe so people wouldn't confuse it with their soap.

Dawn and most other dish soaps in the US don’t include triclosan anymore 😕
