- This BIG Bubble Mixture is a simple way to make LARGE COLORFUL bubbles. It's your basic formula to have fun in your backyard creating enormous bubbles.
Ingredients:
3.5 Liters - WATER
350 ml - DISH SOAP
1/2 Tablespoon - GUAR GUM
TIPS
*Make sure not to use too much Guar Gum. Add gradually if needed.
*Dissolve the Guar Gum in the Dish Soap First
*You can add 1 Tablespoon of Baking soda to increase the water PH levels - Розваги
This is great for home use. Guar Gum can sometimes be found in Baking supply stores. It's a food thickener.

In the first video you said there would be three videos of bubble recipes. I'm only finding two of them. I am a generational bubble art entertainer and possibly your biggest fan. I use a bunch of different combinations of ingredients to create different types of solutions for different scenarios. I love your videos and everything you do but I'm really thirsty for that third bubble recipe video. My bubble company is Maui Bubbles. I don't have much social media presence but i do have a Facebook and a few clips on UA-cam. My Mom was a bubble performer on Haight Ashbury in the late 60’s along with wavy gravy the rock & roll clown. When i was growing up she would entertain little kids at schools & daycares. Now i do bubble performance at all kinds of events. My daughter does too. I always tell her to close her bubbles. Stop just making portals. She proved me wrong when she ended up in the newspaper with a 50 foot long tube bubble. 😂

Thanks. Question? Do you use the sugar, soap, water combo for Gazillion bubble show? Understand if you don't want to share that info. Just thought to ask since you said you don't use this combo with guar gum due it being slippery when you do your bubble show

And I've also tried other recipes where I have used xanthan gum 1:1 instead of guar gum and it works fine for me. And there are different methods for dissolving the gum to avoid the clumbs.

It depends on your use and size of bubbles. But I would opt for something more concentrated and continue to test the consistency as you go

cornstarch. boil for a couple of minutes to thicken and clear out the water. u can just use boiling hot water too but the color is not clear/transparent.

Play with the consistency and add water if you need to lighten the viscosity

I use to off load containers of guar gum from Pakistan to the uk . 20k tonnes in 25 kg paper bags 800 per container. They were not palletised just stacked by hand , so we had to take them off by hand and stack them on 20 pallets, 40 per pallet . They were dusty as the bags leaked slightly, if it was raining ( we off loaded outside) it became incredibly slippery! Great video, I shall try this , my boy loves bubbles.

All I have here is water, dishwashing soap and Gwar album. My bubbles look like demons.

From the video "Physics secrets of giant soap bubbles", making bubbles is now ACADEMIC!
1. 1/2 teaspoon of guar powder is mixed with 3 teaspoons of rubbing alcohol, mix until no clump
2. combine the guar mixture with 2 pints of water and mix gently for 10 minutes (to hydrate the guar)
3. add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (not baking soda!!!) and stir
4. add 3 tablespoons of Dawn Professional Detergent, stir gently to avoid foaming
5. enjoy gigantic bubbles
hope this is substitute for people who find J-lube/surgilube unavailable/unaffordable and have fun making your own bubble juice!
For people who can't buy Dawn or wants to use other detergents, you can just buy regular dish detergents or bodywash brands and twice the amount you would with Dawn. I find it would work as well.
