This design is great! I liked the commentary on all the little things to improve it too, lots of little things I wouldnt even think about too much like the washer dryer placement.
Have you checked our Shaye's Sophie design? We initially were going to go with Hazel, but Sophie has the lounge at the end and the kitchen in the middle, we are taking out the tall pantry and replacing with a breakfast bar between the kitchen and lounge.
Ahh I love all of her designs, they're all so good! Fav tiny home designer for sure. That's such a fabulous idea! It'll really tie in the living room side to the kitchen!
