The best things in life a free. These video series w SF are incredible. Mastery level of the artform, explained in ways that the younger generation can digest. Its videos like this that evolve the art further. Firas asks all the right questions - questions my blue belt lvl mind didnt even fathom. SF has been doing it for so long, has insanely high level technicality and Coach Firas brings it out for all students to gain even more! I bought SF Digitsu tutorials bcoz I've actually felt compelled to support him for all his work! I love longevitiy too, Ive felt that I finally have a half a foot in the door and I'm super excited for the Journey ahead because of you three! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you Coaches (Firas, Brian & Karl). Your channels are massively underated. Reading through the comments on your videos - I know I'm not the only ones that feels this but even tho we've never met - Ive felt like I am your student and you are my coaches - Thank you for guiding me in the right path ❤.

Silver Fox makes the idea of vacationing in jersey a reality. That shoulder lock at 47:15 is reallllllly slick. Had to rewind a few times to catch it. You both have had a big impact my game, thank you very much!

I love how excited FZ gets when Fox shows him the first escape. A high level black belt enjoying a new technique as much as ever. The enthusiasm is infectious and the humility of these two guys is exactly how BJJ should be IMO.

man....Firas...this stuff you have been putting out is absolutely wonderful. the conversation is so important, talking about and communicating the nuances as you said...this is what takes technique training and all the effort put in and really seals it all up. postulating, working through thoughts and ideas, really letting the details sink in. this is what's is ALL ABOUT folks

When I saw the Czech Fox, I liked before I watched the video. This man is AMAZING. The best coach out there - and my absolute favorite. Wish I could get him to my country for a seminar. I have his books and his DVD, and it's really great!
Firas, the best thing you ever did on your channel is to get Karel on. And I really like that you are not so selfish, as to keep him for yourself. 😉
This is also a cadeau to "small people grappling". I would always prefer to learn from smaller guys, as their technique has to be impeccable to beat bigger, stronger guys.

Love the Silver Fox! I wonder though, with submission grappling becoming such a sport, if we are going to lose the complete self-defensive aspect. As submission grappling garners Olympic attention this year, dojos will concede to pull guard and leg lock and eventually root out the basics of the standard positions throughout their curriculum from young to old. Once at the Olympic level, you work on what wins. I know Judo and Wrestling went this way. It's why dojo and coaches don't teach illegal or non-competitive techniques, they concentrate on what wins for national attention. -- double edge sword.
