Ryan Blue Bowen at the Grip Temple

This was back in October 2022 after King of The Table. Ryan Bowen is a great AW teacher, smart man, stronger than what people think and most importantly a humble and kind gentleman. Needless to say, Ryan's grip is good. He had air under the 125 pounds Inch replica and lifted my anvil despite him never doing it before.
