    When training on machines, most often, subpar machines are responsible for sticking points. Switching from a commercial gym to one with Nautilus machines was a game changer.

    Mechanical and neurological disadvantage. Damn, that’s good. Never thought of it that way

    How many reps and sets coach?

      Same loading schemes as you would use for your normal strength lift... for example you'd start with the regular bench press for something like 4-6 sets of 3-5 reps and then the same for the partial bench from pins
