Awesome recipe! I made it in a 7 inch pan without altering the recipe. Just had to make it for shorter amount of time and not cut the cake in half, but still tastes really good!

Though I did not have a 16 cms pan , so I used a 20 cms pan instead. The difficult part was the cake was more flat and it was too difficult for me to slice it in half without breaking it but I made it! 😅Since I need more icing for 2 layers with the bigger surface. I managed to make it possible😅😅. Thank you for sharing the delicious recipe. 👍🏻🥰

Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

谢谢Apron的食谱教学。昨晚尝试跟着食谱实验看看,但很可惜我打出来的面糊只有6寸模的一半,蛋糕烤了以后置于室温一夜回油后,口感非常松软也不会甜腻,就是成品比视频矮了一半。下次会试着跟着比例增添分量。
对了,我也是没放苏打粉,同时把胡萝卜的水分稍微沥干。

Best carrot cake recipe ! The only thing is the baking time off. It need prob around 50 mins to 60mins
