    I have watched lots of videos on UA-cam on carrot cake, and this is one recipe that uses the least amount of sugar. I’ll give this a go. Tfs and stay safe.

    I love that this recipe has less sugar and oil percentage than others. I already made a carrot cake yesterday but will definitely try this in the near future! Great recipe~^^ I've done two of your bread recipes and they were great! Thank you the the great videos ♡

    This recipe is just a keeper. I baked this cake today and it's super yummy..less sugar which I prefer...ad it spongy and moist. I twisted the ingredients a bit and I added dates instead of nuts. This is my memento and will be making this more often! Thank Apron..your recipes are amazing especially the mini milk cookies were a hit in the house!

    i made this carrot cake just now and turned so good, but i didn't use the cheese cream.. just original cake.. it tasted so light and smell so good, Christmas vibes around this carrot cake.. Thank you APRON, very appreciated

    Awesome recipe! I made it in a 7 inch pan without altering the recipe. Just had to make it for shorter amount of time and not cut the cake in half, but still tastes really good!

    I made this cake yesterday and it was delicious! This was my first time baking carrot cake. I like your recipe, it is just right for me. Though I did not have a 16 cms pan , so I used a 20 cms pan instead. The difficult part was the cake was more flat and it was too difficult for me to slice it in half without breaking it but I made it! 😅Since I need more icing for 2 layers with the bigger surface. I managed to make it possible😅😅. Thank you for sharing the delicious recipe. 👍🏻🥰

    Hehe perfect for Easter tomorrow - wanted to make a carrot loaf cake or carrot cake muffins video but haven't gotten around to it yet. It's one of my favourite cakes I'll definitely have to try out this recipe next instead of the usual one we use!

    I tried this recipe last time. The cake tastes good that I guarantee. However, I used the wrong cream cheese to make the frosting but still taste fine. I just want to confirm that the cake recipe tastes good and easy to make.

    谢谢Apron的食谱教学。昨晚尝试跟着食谱实验看看,但很可惜我打出来的面糊只有6寸模的一半,蛋糕烤了以后置于室温一夜回油后,口感非常松软也不会甜腻,就是成品比视频矮了一半。下次会试着跟着比例增添分量。
    对了,我也是没放苏打粉,同时把胡萝卜的水分稍微沥干。

    iT LOOKS AMAZING, IT'S A FANTASTIC RECIPE ALTHOUGH I HATE THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. I NEVER USE CREAM CHEESE IN MAKING SWEETS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR SWEET IN THE FRIDGE FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS AFTER THAT IT IS SPOILED. YOU MADE THE CAKE PERFECTLY AND LOOKS VERY DELICIOUS. THANKS FOR SHARING.

    Best carrot cake recipe ! The only thing is the baking time off. It need prob around 50 mins to 60mins

      Yea, my cake was still raw in the middle with just 30mins baking time.

      Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

    Hi, I think the oil measure is inaccurate. 3/4 cup is not 90ml but 180ml.. otherwise the cake came out well. Thanks for the recipe

      because the densities the volume is going to be different of each ingredient varies in different countries
