    Hey everyone! I was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease and felt like I was running out of options. But after watching videos like this and doing my research, I decided to try hibiscus tea, drink plenty of water, and incorporate light exercises into my daily routine. It's been a few months, and I just got the news that my kidney disease has improved to stage 2! I can't express how grateful and hopeful I feel. If you're struggling, don't lose faith. Natural remedies and lifestyle changes can truly make a difference. Keep believing and stay consistent!

    I have stage 2 kidney disease (mild), due to sickle cell trait. All glory to God - my protein/creatinine levels were lowered down to normal level, by staying well hydrated, and cutting back on animal protein intake. I also drink daily, at least 2 cups of ginger tea, and 2 cups of dandelion tea. I have an appointment with my nephrologist later today and I'm curious to hear what he says about the results .

    As someone who has battled both diabetes and chronic kidney disease for years, finding ways to manage both has been challenging. However, incorporating turmeric and ginger tea into my routine has brought significant improvements. My fasting blood sugar levels have dropped from 150 mg/dL to 110 mg/dL, and my creatinine levels have decreased from 2.5 mg/dL to 1.8 mg/dL. The anti-inflammatory properties of these spices are incredible. For anyone dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend giving this tea a try. The numbers don't lie, and the benefits are real!

      It's good that your nephrologist emphasizes hydration. In addition to drinking water, have they discussed dietary changes or specific medications that could help manage your condition? Sometimes a comprehensive approach can make a significant difference. What other strategies have you tried for managing your kidney health?

    For the past year, I battled with high blood pressure and inflammation, feeling increasingly worried about my kidney health. Three months ago, I started drinking moringa tea daily. Initially skeptical, I quickly became a believer. Not only did my blood pressure normalize, but my creatinine levels also dropped from 2.7 to 2.1 mg/dL. The anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants in the tea have made a significant difference. For anyone struggling like I was, keep the faith and stay persistent-moringa tea can truly help heal your kidneys.

    How can wemake our own dandelion tea from the one in our lawn ?

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  8 днів тому +2

      Great question! To make your own dandelion tea from your lawn, first, ensure the dandelions are pesticide-free. Harvest the flowers, leaves, or roots, then wash them thoroughly. For flower tea, steep the petals in hot water for about 15 minutes. For leaf tea, chop the leaves and steep for 5-10 minutes. For root tea, dry and roast the roots before boiling them for 10 minutes. Do you prefer using the flowers, leaves, or roots for your tea? Let me know which part you find most interesting to use!

    Doc please talk about cyclists in the kidneys.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  7 днів тому +1

      Certainly! Cyclists, or individuals who regularly engage in cycling, can experience kidney issues related to prolonged compression on the renal arteries and veins. This compression can reduce blood flow to the kidneys, potentially leading to conditions like ischemia or even acute kidney injury, especially in endurance cyclists. To mitigate these risks, cyclists should ensure proper hydration, take breaks to relieve pressure, and maintain a proper bike fit to minimize excessive compression on the abdomen and lower back. Regular check-ups with a healthcare provider can also help monitor kidney function. How do you manage your hydration during long cycling sessions?
