For some reasons, I didn't have any lessons in year 8 and 9, I can’t catch up any of the subjects, but your videos helped me a lot, really.
At first, I got all the subject 3-4, but I’m catching up because of your video, I’ve just done mocks, and got my result back. I got both 9 in chemistry and physics, and both 8 in maths and biology.

Your videos are very catchy and easy to follow along. I’ve been struggling with understanding the topics and cognito really helped me to catch it really easily and quickly. Especially the website’s amazing, I’m being able to judge my progressions and being able to work more on the weaker one. I’d like to make a request to you to pls cover up the computer science topics for the O- Levels as well since there aren’t much content creators for it like for physics, chemistry etc.. hey cognito! im recently new in this country and im going to give a entrance exam for a grammar school in my area. I've been watching your videos for a while and im confused about what the gcse *9-1* papers mean. Are those papers designed for year 9 students or for the gcse exam in year 11?
hey, 9-1 papers mean papers that can be given a grade between 9 and 1, which is the new grading system for gcse papers instead of the letter one (eg A*). you can definitely use these as past papers to revise :)

hey Cognito, this question is not of relevance to the video but I wanted to reply to your latest one so you had a better chance of seeing it. I have been kind of confused about redox reactions specifically determining which element gains and which one looses electrons. In my example I took bromine reacting with a potassium iodide solution and I balanced the equation and wrote the individual ionic equations, cancelling out potassium because it is a spectator ion. I then did Br2 ---- 2Br and I know that the diatomic molecules have a neutral charge and bromine has a negative charge so its like going from 0 ---- -2 which is subtracting 2 but apparently its not loosing two electrons its gaining two, because in the answer the 2e is written on the reactant side which means its gaining and being reduced, How?
