I was the last inmate to leave brevard CI on June 9th 2011 I was on the last blue bird on the last seat so my seat was the last seat to pull out of the gate. I was then transferred to Lancaster CI. I was at brevard for 2 years. Never once saw a helicopter land but I was there for a murder of a chomo. No one talks about it bc he was a Chomo but they killed him by the gate near the education building it was closer to the big concrete steps or seats in the middle of the education complex. Lancaster was bad. If I had to say which one was the worst I’d say Lancaster. Idk if it’s bc all us brevard inmates went there. But in all honesty the inmate violence was nothing compared to the guard beating us. The only decent guard at brevard was Coach. The rec officer and the worst was Sgt Polk or possibly Crawford. The best at brevard was Sgt lamatina and ofc minikino. At Lancaster the worst officers were black hawk down, officer grant, crazy gate lady, lt shobbel, the good ones were sgt para, officer black , sgt wright,
I never saw helicopters airlifting any inmates or even heard that when I was there. Only killing I’m aware of was 2003 in front of complex one. But might of been in 2002 not sure which year actually happened. But rest of it is accurate people trying to run a different hustle on you daily with some violence. But most cases people that suffered violence brought it on themselves.
