- 👋 Today I drive and check out the all new 2024 BMW M3 Competition! The 2024 BMW M3 Competition has the M sport automatic transmission and is such a cool performance sedan! I love how the new 2024 BMW M3 has new styling and an aggressive look! The front bumper has the vertical kidney grilles and honestly looks really cool especially with the rest of the contoured lines throughout the rest of the car! The front end is the most aggressive with that design, but it flows nicely to the hood and the rest of the body! The G80 2024 BMW M3 shifts very quick and there are different setting to choose from depending on your driving style! A manual transmission is also available for this family sedan, but you have to get the non-competition model! I love how driver focused this BMW feels and it's super solid! I was able to take the BMW M4 Competition to the mountains and it handled incredibly well, so I would assume this M3 could handle turns and be a blast in the twisties! The power from the turbo engine was super smooth too. I love the exhaust sound on the 2024 BMW M3 Competition and it was beefy! This particular 2024 BMW M3 Competition had a bolt color combo with the grey exterior and red leather interior! Definitely a custom ordered car and unique!! The interior of the 2024 M3 was very nice with leather on many parts and had a performance feel while still being comfortable and roomy. The standard seats are comfortable and there is the option for the carbon buckets which are also great and hands down one of the best, if not the best factory bucket seat available! Both these seats are comfortable and supportive! This also had the all new infotainment system and new shifter design! Both look fantastic for this BMW! The 2024 G80 BMW M3 Competition also had the carbon fiber roof and staggered wheels to give it extra style. The 2024 BMW M3 Competition is also very wide looking with big fender arches and overall its an awesome car! This is a great daily driving sedan if you need the room and want the performance!

Not really. Sometimes you might catch some glare. But I've seen much worse in other cars
I still have to get used to the front bumper grille, but other than that, the interior and performance of this model is very amazing and well done! I wouldn't mind having one in the garage, though I'd rather get a M5 Comp.

Hey brotha! Glad you posted this. Now I know you’ve owned a gtr for many years. I’m in the process of buying one but the g80 is a good up runner.
If you could go back and let’s the g80 was around would you go for the g80 instead of the gtr. I know the car has similar performance but only gtr lack is of course tech.
I driven a stock 2017 gtr when I was out in Vegas. I liked it but did find some disadvantages like no arm rest and navigation being so outdated. The one I’m buying is a 2020. So it’ll be coming with apple CarPlay. The car I drove was stock but the one I’m buying is Fbo and running e85.
If I was to skip the gtr I’ll wait until winter to buy a g80. I feel car still room for depreciation and when I got my bmw I got a good deal around winters. Would love it two cents thx

I don’t think u should compare a g80 and a gtr ones a sedan and ones a coupe. So the use ability and drive ability will be a different. I opted into buying an m3 mainly cause it’s a sedan but still with the capability of a performance car so the best of both worlds. If you want to buy something purely for performance and drivability then that’s when you talk about buying a coupe

Yeah these have gone up! The M2 is sort of what the much older generation M3 was all about. Now this M3 Comp is more on par with the GTR. The base M3 is still in the $70k range tho

Performance and price wise it's more inline with m340i, not the m3.
@@hpickettz34 not really. It’s so much a better car than the M340 that you cannot even compare the two. I would probably lean towards the M3 but it’s just shows how good the blackwing is.

@@pwj86772 the cars come with warranty and no one keeps cars anymore past 100k miles. You will encounter zero problems with the caddy especially the blackwings, it’s 10x the car that the m340i is. Also I’ve heard zero negatives about the blackwings

The Comp xDrive is a big step up in performance. When you drive them back to back you'll feel it. But the normal M3 is a good competitor to the CT4V BW and about the same price.

The price difference between the base and competition is nowhere near the $25,000 you referenced. It’s precisely $2,900. From there you can add most options to both the base and competition, aside from all-wheel drive of course and the driver’s assistance package. Costly options like the carbon exterior trim, carbon bucket seats, etc., can be added to both. But if you look at a RWD Competition versus a RWD Base, just add the larger wheels to the base since they come standard with the comp and the price difference is $2,900.
I was referring to the specific spec I was driving vs a base M3 price. Talking about that price discrepancy and how you can spend between that much depending on what you want and how you want to spec it. I didn’t say that was an MSRP vs MSRP. The range in which you can spend. Starting MSRP is $76,000 and can climb to six figures with options. That’s what I was talking about.

Oh nice! RWD is some fun! However you will get that tail end out compared to the xDrive. AWD helps give you all the traction. Both have their pros and cons tho
@@BrosFOURRSpeedat least you can still put the xdrive in 2wd. I have never taken mine out of 4wd due to it being rear biased. I can still get sideways safely

Depends on if you want the rear doors. Personally I'd go M3 for the back doors. But id you hardly use the rear seats M4 is a great way to go
I don't like the flat screen TV dash or the rabbit teeth grills. BMW seems to be slowly killing the M3. My other BMWs have the traditional kidney grills, and real instruments and controls, not a TV screen.
I love it! Big fan of the new design over the previous model, but depends on what you like. I have an M240 coming with this setup and love how it looks.

@@hpickettz34 Very different between a comp and Jahre..not the same at all. People like seeing a variety of specs in videos. So doing the ‘same’ cars makes sense as long as they are different specs. We get a ton of feedback from people looking to buy cars and love watching reviews of the car they want to buy in multiple specs.

the Audi RS3 is definitely a great alternative to the bmw but just keep in mind it's still slower than the m3... I haven't had audis since my dad's 2009 but im looking toward a ttrs maybe. Great option still.

BMW should have maintained the old face, the new face is too wide, viewing it from far doesn't make it looks like BMW. Apart from that.the rest of the designs are great looking
Really? I know not everyone likes it. However I like these since they look unique. Every BMW as looked the same for so long. Nothing really made the M3 stand apart from a basic 3 series. To me this looks so good! And once you drive it, its all worth it

It costs under 85k with decent options and the only car I would choose over this is Porsche 911 Turbo which costs more than double but only 15% better than this M3. So its a really good bargain imo.

Mercedes doesnt really make a competitor to this anymore. All I see on Mercedes site is a C63 coupe. Only 4 door is the C43 which is more on par with the M340i

stock plaid vs. highly modified m3 so not the same price whatsoever. He probably put about 40k extra into it minimum. He had to put ethanol in it to beat the plaid. stock m3 would have lost every race.

My friend had E60 and e 61 , look very similar For that price IT should have more diffrences at least with quality, example: bmw7 - still changeing material inside and technology of control car stuff... M is only engine and sits, nothing else for this price and of course pretty outside look :))

@BrosFOURRSpeed yea That's exactly what happened to 4 of my BMW I've had them all from 7 series to the 2010 m6 to a m5 . I have a m8 as we speak. I have many cars . BMW makes great cars don't get me rong but they are not Dependable everybody knows that. that's a fact!! I have a Lexus RCF Fuji edition . I ran both of them on a track for a full day BMW Overheated In the middle of half the day. the the lexus RCF ran full day no problems

@@calidog447 Older bmw models aren’t as reliable, I agree with that. But 2020 and newer are much better! Especially since Toyota now owns parts of bmw. So depends on the year you had. The 2010 you mentioned of course will have issues, but the newer cars, I wouldn’t worry about. The Lexus Fuji is a newer Lexus, so if you are comparing the older bmws to it, not a fair comparison. I’m buying a bmw end of this year and not worried about it at all.
