@@CINOTechnology I've tried to remove the CPU and EMMC from the replacement motherboard for the Mate 10 Pro, but I am having a very difficult time removing both chips without damaging the motherboard. I have already bought 2 replacement motherboards and have tried to remove the chips, but I have to get the motherboard really hot and when the chip does come off it takes part of the motherboard with it resulting in a damaged motherboard. No matter what heat settings I try the CPU and EMMC is very hard to remove unlike your video. Any tips? Does Huawei use a different method in attaching the CPU and EMMC to the motherboard than Samsung? Because in your video it comes off relatively easy without having to put heat on it too long. I have to put heat on both for almost a minute before the chip wants to come off, and the motherboard is very hot, but when I remove it part of the surface of the motherboards come off as well damaging the board. How can I remove the chip without damaging the motherboard?

I am trying to find information on whether an s21's cpu can be swapped out with another cpu, I'm thinking they would be paired somehow and it wouldn't function but I'm not sure. I have a customer who wants data off his s21 but the phone was hit with something pointy and it cracked the cpu in half. If another cpu could be transplanted from another phone I'd just offer that solution. Another possibility I was wondering about is taking the nand off and extracting the data in a chip off recovery but I'm not familiar with that process . Thanks for any insight you can offer :)
