Judges can only sentence people for the crimes they are charged with and have been found guilty of, not those offences you think they should have been charged with. Your outrage should be directed to the CPS and Police, not the Judge.

We couldn't catch up now, as we have over 200,000 skilled men short, since the disastrous Brexit transition forced them all to relocate to other work sites throughout Europe and beyond.
This government closed 50% of police stations and got rid of 20,000 experienced cops, and 22,000 support staff, they closed 60% of courts, so now it takes maybe a year to get a criminal before the Beak, victims usually fail to turn up 6 months or a year after, they've tried to move on.
40% of fire stations have closed in the last 14 years, not one single reservoir has been built, no rail or road improvements have been provided, so congestion is guaranteed. I just paid a £100 speeding fine for driving 35mph in a 30mph zone with 3 points added to my license. A larger penalty than someone brandishing a knife and threatening members of the public. You just cannot make this up.

In Birmingham, West Midlands police say that a hate crime can’t be put to anyone who attacks or makes comments towards Jews. I’ve complained numerous times of horrific chanting towards Jews and they refuse to arrest the offenders.
