If parents want their children want to be Islamic and pray five times a day whilst at school then either go and find an Islamic school or go to live in an Islamic country that allows that. Under the laws of the Quran you are supposed to integrate into existing education systems not try to change the education system to suit the rules of your own religion.

We have the standards, but don't enforce them, or require people to recognise and accept the prevailing culture and assimilate into it. That used to happen, many decades ago, but now we have to have 'diversity' and 'diverse cultures', as though they are an unparalleled good. They are not. They only separate us into ever smaller groups that fight to be seen and heard
