How could someone disagree with Trump’s pushes for equality and tranquility? New opportunities for blacks (after they were shat on in the 90s), lower taxes, less government overreach, neutral foreign policies, prison reform, and the protection of children is evil now? Y’all are possessed. For a band with the greatest lyrics I’ve ever heard, their politics are tone deaf and ignorant. Didn’t help anything that the interviewer continued to bring up his TDS multiple times, effectively ruining what could’ve been a great back-and-forth.
I'm not sure about the views of the rest of the band, but I'd agree that Brian holds a naïve view on the Biden administration and their agenda. He brings up the common argument that the Biden Admin can't get anything done because of the pushback. This is just not the case. Recall that Democrats had control of both the House and the Senate after the 2020 elections with Kamala Harris being the tie-breaking vote. They had 2 years to act on their promises, and 2 years to get conservative Dems Kristen Sinema and Joe Manchin to fall in line (they didn't even try). I encourage people to research Biden's rhetoric and promises on the 2020 campaign trail and compare that to what he's actually pushed for. I'd recommend looking at his views on cutting social security, on expanding healthcare coverage, on fracking and selling of public lands to oil companies, on raising the minimum wage (to name a few). Further, I also urge you to research his past comments and views on such topics, and then compare them to his 2020 campaign trail rhetoric. This common argument of "Well the cards are stacked against them, what can they do?" is very relevant in our current political landscape and will be for years to come.
Beem listening to BR since 1984, they are punk icons, with metaphysical energies, love these guys, forever and ever, lol
A lot of the comments should consider when Brian says "in my opinion" meaning he's not trying to speak on the political views for the whole band.
I agree
these 2 are practically twins
Dimkich is the only one who knows how to use a microphone.
Brian Baker is my guitar hero
They look like twins lol

Ideological subversion, Yuri Bezmenov was right.
Here for the Eric Clapton slander!
I thought they were punk rock...
Why would a player with Dimkich's limited skills say he can't stand a musician as accomplished and influential as Clapton?
I love Bad Religion, but they've got some incredibly naive views on politics
