I'm not a counter, but know the basic strategy. It's obvious I'd hit my hard 16 against dealer's Ace or 10 value. But it's got to be a much less percentage to hit my hard 16 against a dealers 7? There, only 5 cards from a deck make him pat, while 8 others make him draw. Wouldn't I rather have him draw? Shouldn't the slight edge be toward the player standing?
16 aganist 10 you most likely lose money. 16 aganist 7 most likely you lose money. Hitting 16 aganist 17-Ace you mathematically lose less money then standing
@@jeffmccain9204 According to the MGM Grand, there are indeed one-deck tables. They also have two-deck tables, up to eight-deck tables. I bow to your obviously vast experience.

@@lordblack5837 I was hoping I could see more math to better understand.
All the info is correct. Obviously a 1 or 2 deck game might change things slightly.
my strategy depends on the dealer busting in a six deck game where theres more 10s
Where are 6 decks used?
@@jeffmccain9204 the table has a sign that shows you the bet range and how many decks next to the rules
I've never seen a 6 deck shoe. Where are they? Indian casino somewhere?
@@jeffmccain9204 online, the play money app governor of poker 3 has six deck only. no shoe just random auto shuffling
Good luck counting online! 😂🤷♂️
It's doable on live tables... if the dealer doesn't cut half the shoe haha. Then you've got no chance !
Blackjack online will have the dealer bust for 4-5 straight hands, and then you end up busting after 5 hands and lose your money
Alas, this video never finishes out Hand 1, telling us what to do if you draw an ace, deuce, three, four or five on the hit. Do you take another hit?
never split 10s always split aces
you split 10's if you count cards and the true count is 5 and better, but be careful that play is a red flag that you are counting
@@Blackopsblackjack Also ALWAYS split 8's. A pair of 8's totals 16, the worst hand you can get.
At 7:35 you show a Queen and an 8 but call it a sixteen. Change the 8 to a 6 in your video.
On the recap you said 16 or soft 18. I’m seeing 18 and soft 18. 🤔
This is made by the casino I can tell
you didnt fucking tell us how many decks are used in the sample hands! not all gamblers suck!
You don't have to use foul language to make your point, foul language shows your lack of vocabulary.
Going good video very helpful information.
yeah right
Most casinos use at least 5 decks of cards. No way to count cards.
False... where are these casinos that use 5 and 6 decks? Somebody name them. They are like unicorns.
@@jeffmccain9204
Um, Las Vegas, Reno…
Name the casinos, please. I've been to 80% of the casinos in this country and have never seen such. I would love to find such a thing.

@@kittler53 I know of single and double decks but have never seen a 5 or 6 deck shoe of which you and another speak of.
