I was told that they don't offer discounted shipping on all of your items. I went back and forth with customer service about this because nowhere in the fine print does it mention that. I asked if there was some way to know which items in your closet would qualify, nope. Here is their legal mumbo-jumbo "The current shipping promotion is given at random and is based on a complex algorithm that our system uses based on multiple variables. This means that sellers are unable to offer this shipping promotion on all of their listings. Please note, not all listings have a shipping promotion attached." So I lowered my price on 5 items today and sent offers to likers public, and none of my listings ( over $10) received a discounted shipping. I really wish they would be transparent and just tell people the truth! Good luck!

Very helpful. I just lowered all my prices before I found out about Closet Clearout so I will have to delist and relist before the next one. But doesn't that mean all your Likers will be deleted and might forget they liked your item?

Yes, it's a gamble they will find the item again if they really want it.

Since Closet Clearout is Fri and Sun. do we have to drop the price another 10% if it doesn't sell on Friday?

Do we have to drop prices 10% Fri. AND another 10% Sun if item doesn't sell? Or relist, jack up the price to normal on Sat. then drop 10% Sun?

Go to the items and you will see ❤ which tells you how many likes, and an ⬇️ icon which shows you what discord was applied.

So if you don’t see that message in the news feed that it was sent with discounted shipping is it safe to assume that the likers were not informed of the discounted price with shipping on PM?

Or you didn’t lower by 10%. Also, remember to like the item so you get the notification. ☺️
