- Los Angeles City Fire Dept. Station 63 is located on Shell Ave. & Venice Blvd. in Venice Beach and houses Taskforce 63 (T63, E63, E263) and Rescue 63.
Clip One: Engine 63 responding to a medical aid on Ocean Front Walk.

I am such a sucker for non strobe light bars. LOVE them so much. I know I am in the minority when I say that but I'm old school. Most of the ambulances I've driven were strobe lights..... I remember though when I was at AMR they had 2 1992 Chevy Vans (the lunch box) leftover from the Goodhew days and it had a Q on there and one of the loudest sirens. When we would sign in my partner and I would rush to see if we could snag one of them. Lots hated them but we preferred them. It was hilarious to roll with the Q and the van had shit suspension so it would corner like the Oscar Meyer hotdog mobile lol. Good times!

MY OLD HOMETOWN STATION. i have sinced moved to mar vista (62's district) but i still consider this station nearby!
62's is very close to 63's! I'm sure you hear a lot of sirens on the weekends lol. thanks for watching !

Very good video dude! It's very sweet to see an '07/'08 Pierce still in service and in good shape as it seems like the trend now is that LAFD wants to get rid of these rigs.

90210FireBuff I agree. If you haven't heard but LAFD just recently had agreed on a purchase of 7 new tillers with the Arrow Xt chassis.
