Very nice, but a word of advice. COVER THAT ECU UNIT UNDER THE SEAT. I got caught in the rain after I rebuild my bike and the rear wheel splashed water on the ECU under the seat. I had to push the bike for about an hour to get to work. The bike would start in the rain but as soon as I was twisting the throttle it would stop. Opened the ECU and drying it solved the problem. I learn my lesson the hard way so who ever wants to relocate the ECU be aware. Love your builds mate. 👍👍
Thanks for letting me know. For this build I did make a plastic cover afterwards just because I wasn't too sure about what you just mentioned. Sounds like it was a smart move to do! Thanks man!
my k100 has some throttle issues, i’ll go full throttle and it’ll only top out at 20 mph, and it is often weak. do u think that it’s because i left it out in the rain or would it just be the injectors?
This is the beauiest build i’ve seen in a while. Perfect, precise work! I want to build one,and I learned a lot from it even though, the wiring made me a little nervous. Again, congrats on your skills bro! 💪🏼

I am watching it before going to sleep for 1 week :) call me crazy. What paint did you use for the engine ? When i built my xj900 cafe the only option i had was to use thermic spray cans. Is there a better option ?
There are multiple options to go by. With this engine I've chosen to use a direct to metal 2K paint, called Selamix. You can also go for Cerakote C-series. Just as long you'll take the right preparations you'll be fine
Amazing work! I just picked up my k100 and am trying to plan my build. Beautiful work like yours helps the inspiration. I am wondering, which brake / clutch levers did you choose how have you decided to organize your buttons? turn left / horn and turn right / ? I love your power button location. Thank you for sharing your work.
I believe the brake/clutch leavers were Brembo Grimeca and buttons from Motone. Left controllers did the left indicator and horn, right controller did the lights and the right indicator. Basically the only buttons really needed and the starterbutton in the headstem ofcoure. There's more K (how-to) content on my channel which could help you out
