This is so cute! Love the colours. I think the square-ish shape adds to the scrappy look, but for people that wish a round shape: make sure to change up where you increase your stitches each row, so the increases don't stack, and it will be a true circle.

I only got to increase at the 32nd stitch, but for some reason, my rug is pretty wavey all the way around..the diameter is 30 inches. Why do you think that happened ?

I think I missed when there was a color change and did not see how this happened.
She did a magic knot changing one color for another, after rnd 2
You can attach your new yarn on however you prefer! Magic knot, or just simply tie them together and cut ends 💖
