For well over a decade, we've all complained and criticised the WWE because we wanted it to be better and now finally, after Vince's departure it's everything we've ever asked for. Nostalgia aside, this era has a claim to be the best ever, especially if you look at the statistics and metrics backing that statement up
@@dreamshakejunya Yeah I agree, I got back into the WWE because of Cena returning at Money in the Bank 2021 and my first PPV (in a while) was Summerslam 2021. I've watched basically everything WWE related since that point and I loved it. Still, there is no doubt that it has improved exponentially since Vince left.

Thank Nick Kahn for this too after he took over. The development of the brand has changed drastically and it worked. Bigger shows, more celebrities, more signings, more purpose he made wwe more main stream which has helped with everything so much.
The PPV's has been absolutely incredible, SummerSlam's been great for the past few years and with HHH taking over, I wont be suprised that this year's summerslam will succeed aswell.

It’s got to be the HHH effect. NXT PPVs were the best part of any weekend they were a part of. Now that he runs WWE mainline, the main PPVs are always good. He may not nail every feud or storyline but the PPVs are always gold.

@@malekat8539 no one can deny that. But still it's great to enjoy what we have right now. We may be witnessing a historic moment we don't realise. Enjoy what you have because you never know when it will leave you. Those eras have come and gone never to be forgotten. This era will do the same.
I only recently got back into WWE a few months ago but I’m really enjoying the PPV’s. Backlash and MITB were both amazing - I think the crowds really helped make the events feel special. They should definitely do more outside of the US.
WWE made a good decision by doing more international shows because when you have a hype crowd it takes an average/decent show and it makes it even more fun to watch.
WWE is in its best period in terms of in-ring quality. If the shows of today suck, it's either because of booking decisions or because of only having decent/good matches and not a single match that will be remembered in the future. But rn, WWE rarely has terrible matches today but what they lacked is stories we're invested in and man if only we got great storylines (not necessarly at the Bloodline level), WWE will probably be the best it's ever been.
This is honestly my feelings about WWE right now. This is all my opinion btw, the weekly shows to me now haven't been hitting the same ever since the RAW after Mania (I personally believe that since Vince came back, he started to make changes to HHH's original ideas) but in terms of PPV's, WWE is absolutely murdering it and I still believe WWE can keep this quality going for the rest of the year.

People don’t want to talk about it but if we’re being honest WWE PLE’s have been hitting it out the park since Wrestlemania last year
Man, Clash of the castle is definitely my top 5 ever since HHH took over, Gunther vs Sheamus, The crowd, The atmosphere. It was such a fun show.
The last time I remember a year where all the ppvs were good was 2016 or 2008
I love how HHH focuses on the In Ring work and implements the Takeover Match Card style 5-6 or 7 matches on the card that matter and arent filler plus its cool how under his influence they've expanded and gone outside the US its not only great for Business as they being in new fans but bring in lapsed fans back
That's why I really despised PPV's in 2019, those were always like 4-hour 10-match shows. No wonder the audience was never energetic when the main event came.
PLE or PPV I don't know what u call but it surely feels premium n more than anytime... It's surely Triple H 's big W. Few matches but still awesome moments to talk about.... Genuinely feels like a ple n not a regular tv episode. N yes the matches and storylines do mean something. Every mainevent feels like its important n it deserves to be the mainevent... N especially the fact that rarely a ple match misses its mark is just great.
I think since HHH took over wwe has just skyrocketed

The crowds have been making these ppvs so memorable, the matches and storylines are already good but when you have a hot crowd combined with it it becomes fun and great entertainment 🔥, P.S. clash at the castle underrated ppv
I got a WWE Network Subscription during April 2020 Pandemic and the first "PPV" I saw live was Money in the Bank 2020. I thoroughly enjoyed them, I enjoyed the cinematic take on some of the matches. I didn't mind Thunderdome. But there has been a massive boost in quality, and I'm so grateful for it. Nearly every PPV since Clash at the Castle has been almost perfect. I give some credit to our lovely international crowds too. Cardiff, Montreal, Puerto Rico (I know they're still U.S., but I'm still counting it), London- They've all had an AMAZING crowd.
I know some people want a less rowdy crowd, but if you want that, go back to 2020, where they Wrestle in a void of the performance center with only Michael Cole to Spectate, not even the NXT performers to watch yet.
Nick Khan doesn't get enough credit for this. A lot of people hate on him because of the releases, but he's just letting go of the dead weight. He has been pushing for bigger PPVs. He is aware of what is required to achieve that. Him, Triple H and Stephanie was one of the best trios that was leading the company last year.
the only one I was disappointed with in the releases is Aleister Black. Dude could've been an undertaker type
This year’s RR was my first PPV going to in person, and I can’t understate how much fun it was. The crowd was so loud for both RR matches, Rhea’s entrance pop was INSANELY loud even though it didn’t sound too loud on tv. And that Sami chair shot? I thought I was gonna lose my hearing! The quality of the shows seeps into the environment there for sure!
Ever since HHH has took over creative, we have been getting banger after banger PPVs, and my god, the difference has been insane. We got more international shows outside the US, and they have all been legendary, such as Clash at the Castle, Elimination Chamber, Backlash, and now Money in the Bank, Saudi shows are actually good now, there have been more surprises built into every show, storylines actually matter, and overall, everything legit matters under HHH. While he hasn’t been the greatest with some blunders on weekly shows, and sometimes Vince screws over his plans when he returned, in my opinion, HHH truly is the better option, simply for making PPVs, well, PPVs. They all feel more worth it now, and have been more legendary, and this has given me some of my fondest memories with my family. So in general, thank you HHH, and I can’t wait for more greatness.😁

i stopped watching around 2019 and recently started watching again i’m so glad things have improved money in the bank was incredible
Let's face it. The WWE pay-per-views/premium live events have gotten better because of one man. Triple H, thank you for making WWE programming watchable again. If Vince was still in total control of creative, we'd still have lackluster and horrible shows.
Since Triple h took over creative control now premium live event actually giving us a premium feel everytime 🔥🔥
If u gonna give Triple H the flowers,then don't blame Vince for anything that you dont' like happens..I see fans on net praising Triple H for the bloodline story but blaming Vince for not letting LA Knight win..
As a person who came back at the royal rumble and been here since, these ppvs are incredible
ppv are important, always the turning point of something..normally plot wise so always feel the buzz..
Favorite PLE in the last year are Clash at the Castle, Halloween Havoc, Night 1 of WrestleMania, and Night of Champions.
With this level of consistency, one can only hope for the best with the returns of Payback and Fastlane
All the ppv of this year has being great and must watch. I thought Money in the Bank was up there with Night 1 of WM39.
I was literally thinking about how I can’t really remember a bad ppl or ple from the past year and a half it’s genuinely awesome to see Wwe like this.
I have absolutely LOVED all the PPVs this year, and perhaps not so coincidentally I started watching WWE again. I've kept an eagle eye on WWE since this year's Wrestlemania and man I was NOT disappointed, so many crazy matches and wild stunts that'd it make your head spin trying to mention all of them in one sitting. I hope WWE keeps this momentum up because we might just be seeing a WWE renaissance coming up, in my opinion.

I watched Crown Jewel 2022 with some non-wrestling fan friends at my house, and they had so much fun with it, despite never seeing anything about WWE besides memes before. I also been watching PPVs with my boyfriend since WrestleMania 39 and he actually enjoys them. It's very nice to not only see wrestling going mainstream again, but also to see its potential for storytelling being shown.
They are cooking! I came back to watch Wrestling after 9 years last year at HIAC and I'm not disappointed at all! The storylines and the shows have been really good! Amazing new talents!

Bro WWE's PPVs have been wild for about a year now and it's not bcz of wrestlers but bcz of the crowds like in every PPV there is a moment left to talk about. Suddenly WWE has become interesting to watch
Watching MITB 2023 live in London is an experience I'll never forget. It was my first live wwe event in 10 years of being a fan and the moments, the crowd, the stars, the energy. It was PHENOMENAL
We are going through an incredible run, however my favourite series of PPVs were Unforgiven 2005 - Royal Rumble 2006
Roman was legit smiling happy for Sammie in Saudi. That was def a cool moment
I stopped watching WWE years ago as i got a bit older from watching as a kid, but the storylines have got me watching again. It has never been this good.
I remember back in 2016-2019. The dark times of WWE, and I would look forward to the time when everyone in NXT in those days would comprise the main roster and Triple H finally takes over. I believe we're in those times.
WWE has not missed with their PPVs once HHH took over. They have all been solid
While I’ll say the Ruthless Agression Era had more consistency in good storyline’s and made each event feel important. Triple H’s big time feel for each PPV is just excellent and makes each show matter for the hype it brings.
"wm39 had an exceptional stage" i love you superkick but that is absolutely no doubt one of the of the best stages of all time. easily tied with wm33 for the best of all time, and the setup above the ring made it feel even more huge and sofi was just beautiful. i was just in awe at it both nights. literally the biggest wwe has ever felt in my life in the last 20 years

For me I began watching PPVs for one person and one person only. That being Cody Rhodes. He single handedly brought me back to WWE and got me invested in the company again.

I was there for Summer Slam. My first PPV and I loved every minute of it. I don’t think there will ever be a moment in my life that will compare to the feeling of seeing the ring lifted by a tractor.
Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens vs The Usos, Gunther vs Sheamus vs McIntyre, and The Mens War Games match are all in my top 10 all time matches Cody vs Roman is closely behind
Roman is on a different level lately, to me he’s the best performer the wwe has ever had, goated, my tribal chief
the jey and roman rivalry during covid made me come back to wwe after so long and im so proud of how wwe made such a big comebackl
I think this how I feel that I wish the tv shows will be as good as the premier live Events Because the booking for the shows leading up to the paper views has been terrible but the ppv always delivers they are not perfect but I enjoyed them
The weekly shows are far from terrible. Go back a couple years and watch an episode of RAW and then you'll know what terrible really means
@@bluecrasher7710 well lately if you take away the bloodline storylines there's nothing in WWE really captivating right now cuz they all care about the bloodline literally is the only good storyline WWE is right now I just don't like that Cody is being used as a human punching bag for Brock Lesnar and we don't have no explanation as to why he attacked Cody in the first place the women's division is once again being overshadowed by Charlotte Flair and Bianca Bel-Air that's my biggest problem
I was at Clash at the castle and it was incredible, I really wish I could have been at MITB a few days ago but due to plans the following week I couldnt go but damn we are eating good with WWE PLE's now

Guy had been an in-ring beast. My favorite from the Judgement day, and really the faction needs to split like the bloodline too. It held for very long and getting stale now. Its likely they are shaping a Damian vs Finn fight for the heavy weight, and both would do extremely well.

I dont think is only the booking or the crowd, but also the current talent in WWE seems to be hitting a historic peak. Most of the Wrestlers have much better developped characters than a year prior, and some or them have become huge stars, like Sammy or LA Knight.

WWE PPVs/PLEs have been absolutely incredible for the past 2 years, especially since MITB'21, the PPV where the crowd fully came back after the pandemic 👍You may find at least 2 certified bangers/memorable moments in every single one of them
I think we are taking these times for granted. Ever since SummerSlam 2022, every PPV has been great or perfect. In a few years i think most of us will look back at these ppvs and say "those were the days".
Since SummerSlam of last year, every single WWE PLE/PPV has been hitting everything right. Before I used to just play the events in the background while I played video games, on my phone, etc. but now I’m fully paying attention to most of the shows. Idk if it’s a Triple H thing or something, but nearly every event feels bigger and more important, rather then just a date on the calendar
I've noticed the quality of PLE since SummerSlam. There's always been a talking point that makes you want to keep watching. Something tells me that in the future, this will be a period of time looked at fondly. So glad I was able to attend one (Elimination Chamber).
Wwe always had decent writers and producers on their team to tell stories with continuity. The problem was Vince would disregard a lot of them, like why even waste money paying them when Vince would overrule the stories and promo teams work hours before the show. So the writers and producers stopped trying and just took the paycheck being stooges backstage.
The only complain I have about triple h running things now is how much the women's division has been an afterthought at times, whod go into ple without promos.

As much as we hate Roman, he’s played the role of the bad guy better then almost if not anyone. He’s the one who’s been carrying the bloodline storyline. Without the unstoppable villain, there is no good story or the underdog hero
My fav highlight from Backlash was the crowd turning on Bianca and going crazy for Iyo out of nowhere.
I've been watching wrestling off and on since I was a little kid. After a long time off, I started watching again around Extreme Rules last year. Ever since, it's been a lot of fun to watch.

bro I'll never forget that Backlash. not even Puerto Rican, not even Latino, but that crowd gave me goosebumps. between the way they reacted to Bunny and the Zelina match it was magical. I mean the emotional energy in that Zelina match was so off the charts I thought the crazy bastards might actually put her over that night. and props to her, she killed that shit. for me it was really Zelinas night. I know there was a lot of big stuff after but for me she stole the show
I think out of all these clash at the castle surprised me the most that was when I was hooked on wwe again after like 10 years!

The PPV’s have been Amazing I’ve haven’t been this excited for wwe PPV’s in years
i only recently had started watching wwe again, and i havent missed a ppv since, theyve been high quality
I think Triple H end goal is to make these shows fun for the fans. The crowds had so much fun and in return they made the shows feels alive with the cheers and boos. I think the future the shows will be WAY better as we will start getting a banger matches when NXT guys like Johnny Gargano, Tomasso Ciampa, Cameron Grimes, Grayson Waller and others start getting into the PPV.
I was there for Money In The Bank, my second show live after Smackdown the day before, that was crazy, so happy to have been there !
I loved every bit of Summerslam, especially getting the see it live

Forget just this year, WWE PLEs have been on a roll since Wrestlemania 38 at this point. Even the weekly shows have been good as of late.
untill a year ago i was a lapsed fan who only payed attention casually, but when trips took i started paying attention again and definitely a huge improvement
Regardless of the little missteps here and there, this run from SummerSlam 2022 to Money In The Bank 2023 Triple H leading the charge is just overall fantastic. I don't think any of the PLEs have even come close to being mid, the lowest of the bunch I'd say is Extreme Rules 2022 but even then I'd still say it was a pretty good show. My favorite's gotta be either Clash or Mania which is so damn impressive for Clash considering it's a one-off while the other runner up is fuckin WrestleMania.
They are sooooooo much better compared to their recent years

As someone who was in the crowd for both nights of Wrestlemania, I can safely say it was one of the best wrestling shows that I’ve ever experienced.

I restarted watching wrestling after years this year, and this is one of the reasons why, quality has gotten insane
I’ve been saying they’ve kinda been on a small roll since post mania 2022 then it snowballed into a bigger roll by summer with Vince away from creative. Cody Rhodes return, Sami’s bloodline storyline & Gunther’s main roster arrival were important in the long term that all started around the same time. Plus the returns that happened under hhh bulked up the roster gave the mid card, women’s, upper mid, tag & main event divisions some extra life that was needed. Wwe hasn’t been on a consistent run like this as a whole since probably 2008
