Thanks Its the most basic great sounding chain u can get with apollo. I will say that pultec alone when i added that it gave my vocals way more weight. Something it was missing.

Hey bro quick question wanted to see if you could help I just got an Apollo twin usb3 with mic connected to ch1 and 48 power on but vocals sound low I have to almost crank up the preamp all the way up to get a ok signal you have any idea what could it be.

What kind of mic u have? So add on that La2A and turn up the gain a bit to boost your gain and also make sure u habe your mic fader turned up. You should never have nothing cranked up all the way but i keep my mic line fader about 5db-8db

My mic was the same until i added few plugins to my mic chain. Put your mic pre like the 610-B thats free and load it as a unison plugin so the first slot above where ir says pad,48v at the top. Also make sure you dont have the pad button on cus it litterly turns the single down by several Db for when u have a loud single.
