Explosion and fire erupt at Portland food cart pod

A fire and explosion erupted at a food cart pod in downtown Portland on Wednesday afternoon. Flames were visible shortly after 3 p.m. near the pod at Southwest First Avenue and Columbia Street. A loud explosion could be heard at about 3:15 p.m. Video courtesy of Grant Engrav
