I agree, it would be so so nice to have such beautiful, old architecture where you can experience the very buildings as people hundreds of years ago. I'm from New York (state), and although I love living here, the architecture is pretty bland and unremarkable; there is such a difference even driving an hour to New England where there are so many more preserved buildings. But the European architecture is so amazing
I think we take the buildings for granted as we see them all round us, u see it but u Don't if that makes sense..... The Tower of London could be considered 'new' when compared to Stonehenge, bearing in mind The Tower itself was built post 1066 of the Norman Invasion
This is actually one of the possible wedding venues for my 2024 Christmas wedding.. it was really cool to see it from a different perspective with you Grace 😊
This was such a relaxing and lovely video to watch! You and Mr Grak’s personalities compliment each other so well, thank you for creating an escapism for so many of us xx
Wow I really felt like I experienced that trip with you! It actually looked dreamy, such a wholesome lovely time it’s making me really want to go for afternoon tea and a spa and a walk in the rain ahah
I feel the room alone itself its expensive because its very small and have nothing really interesting, in fact, you have been in beautiful cheaper rooms HOWEVER i feel that you are paying more for the ameneties, facilities and service wich makes it a good hotel too so i think it was an excelent price because the instalations, desing and architecture are beautiful including the landscape and garden, i feel its more an experience than just a room in a hotel.
Gosh Grace, I so loved this video. It was such a beautiful place. I felt myself unwinding as you and your husband toured around. I am so glad you two got to go there. It certainly felt like a perfect retreat for couples to get away together. Thanks
You've made me want to go and stay there! From the beautiful grounds to the delicious food and the spa.... I'll definitely have to keep this place in mind the next time I go to England.
I've stayed there and can confirm it's amazing! Especially in winter sitting in the outdoor part of the pool in the early morning before it gets busy with the steam rising aroumd you. Masseuse was also amazing
Hello! I live in the south (Dorset) and we definitely do lardi cake here - one of my favourites! There is a family owned bakery called Bennett’s who make it 🙌🏻
Love the video, long time viewer before you go to best hotels around the world please think of the ones in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland they are some of the most beautiful areas we have here in UK happy hunting and happy holidays😊
Grace, You should try Ragdale Hall Spa…Went the first time last year and been back twice since😂 About to watch this and I imagine I’m going to be looking at there website after…Thank you✨Xx.
Just had this on in the background and when you said “Clarksons farm” my reaction was like a doggo hearing “Walkies?” Oh my goodness I never expected an intersect between you and Clarkson hahahaha
The fact that people think this is overpriced is hilarious. Do they not understand how much this space would be worth on the market? Give me this hotel over a modern soulless space with an oversized tv filled with tacky overpriced furniture.
I'm from Australia, but my friend works here! I didn't realise how top-rated it was, to be honest! She wouldn't have been there when you filmed because she's currently on maternity leave after having a gorgeous baby boy... gives me an excuse to come across for sure!!
Grack I loveeee your videos, but you defo aren’t being transparent about the price in this video. You said around £300 per night but then shown the spa, dinners, afternoon tea etc. as if it were included in this price. I went on the website as I live near and wanted to check it out…from what I can tell you must have spent close to 2k for this whole experience. Only the actual room for one night is priced between £300-£1500 depending on when you book😅
I had a little look on the website- The spa is included in the price, only the treatments aren’t! Yes afternoon tea and dinner aren’t included but that’s pretty standard; most hotels don’t include dinner or lunch in the price!
Literally me! Btw idk if you’re into nyc vlogs but if so, you might like mine. Swing by, take a peek and stick around if you like. I’d be sooo grateful. 🙏
When you lay in that bath Grace you are not gunna see over the windowsill 😂😢❤ the room you’re staying in and the photos of the rooms you out at the start of the video are years apart 😂 you can’t compare them to the room you’re in now.. 😢😂❤
You look like you're still sunburned! I didn't think that was possible in England. Another great job behind the camera from your hubby. You must have auditioned suitors... 😅
To you it isn’t, but with anyone who wants exclusivity, tranquility, class, history it is. I’d much prefer to stay there then some bland soulless space with an oversized tv filled with tacky overpriced furniture.
I agree to an extent but I think the price reflects the hotel in general especially when you consider the spa facilities. The lounge areas etc were gorgeous, as were the grounds.
I think for all the amenities, you get free spa access during the whole of your stay (including when you arrive and depart!) and the walks, the staff being LOVELY, welcome drinks, bikes for free on your visit, all the little details. It IS expensive, there is no denying that, but you do get a lot more than just the room!
I've paid more to stay at a chain hotel like Apex, for less of an experience. This hotel has a lot more to offer and its cheaper. I totally get it, I couldn't currently afford £300 a night for a hotel stay but it doesn't mean its not a good price for the experience you get.
Bath was my home for years; Chippenham was somewhere I only ever went through on the fast trains to London. Now it seems there's reason enough to stop at Chippenham - if I ever have cause to go back that way ... and if I can ever afford that amazing hotel!
The old English architecture is awesome to see. I'm American, and we don't have ancient structures here. Have a great week! ❤

Plenty of ancient structures in America, except settlers were sure to dispose of all the native history on arrival.
This is actually one of the possible wedding venues for my 2024 Christmas wedding.. it was really cool to see it from a different perspective with you Grace 😊
OMG, that is the most quintessential English countryside location ever. Was that Mr. Grack on the cameraman duty? Bravo well shot!
Love hearing Mr Grack’s input in the background! Love that he can be involved while still maintaining his privacy and boundaries!
I LOVE these types of grackle videos!! I feel like you always talk about the things i am actually interested in 😂
What a lovely weekend, Grace! That spa looked like a great place to relax and refresh for the coming work week!
Loved the whole video. What a beautiful place, and I could tell you guys were enjoying it. Loved how Hubbie participated with his great comments.

Gosh Grace, I so loved this video. It was such a beautiful place. I felt myself unwinding as you and your husband toured around. I am so glad you two got to go there. It certainly felt like a perfect retreat for couples to get away together. Thanks
Love this style of video from you sm!! Please do Wales, Scotland and NI next!
The view is stunning. Thanks for sharing the experience.
You've made me want to go and stay there! From the beautiful grounds to the delicious food and the spa.... I'll definitely have to keep this place in mind the next time I go to England.
Grace, thank you for this light, lovely video! It is a reprieve to someone going through a heavy season. ❤
Gorgeous hotel and grounds, what a lovely weekend you had! Imagine how beautiful it must be at Christmas!
The spa looked sublime! I would never leave the hotel!! I would love to stay over in such a historic hotel the grounds were so beautiful 🎉😅😊
I always know I’m gunna have a good time when I get a notification that grackle posted a new video 😂😂 she never disappoints ❤
Possibly my fave ever grackle vlog ❤
I have friends who work here in the garden and kitchens! So cool to see you review this place ❤
Pleaseee come up north for a few short breaks!!! I'd love to see more places closer to home ❤
How beautiful what a lovely setting
I’ve been to Bath before and it’s stunning! Love these travel review vlogs.
Loved this so much! Have you tried Woburn Coffee House for afternoon tea? Its absolutely mind blowing. My family thinks its better than the Ritz!
I've stayed there and can confirm it's amazing! Especially in winter sitting in the outdoor part of the pool in the early morning before it gets busy with the steam rising aroumd you. Masseuse was also amazing
my favorite type of videos 😍
I love ur vids! They make me happy! ❤
So beautiful love the pool and spa!!! Bakery ❤ old world charm❤
i’m so happy you and Mr Grack found each other❤
Grace you have to re visit during vlogmas!! Imagine the coziness!!!!
Please try the cinnamon tree in Covent Gardens, afternoon tea. Amazing take on traditional afternoon tea but Indian food, and unlimited. So worth it!
I wish you could do a Q&A and tell us how you met your husband and how things have changed
Much needed today ♥️
you could review hostels! 😊 I stayed in a hostel that was in a castle this summer and it was amazing 🏰
Hello! I live in the south (Dorset) and we definitely do lardi cake here - one of my favourites! There is a family owned bakery called Bennett’s who make it 🙌🏻
Beautiful video and just love the hotel…..visiting soon, this may be a place we must stay! 😊
Bath is beautiful, I loved it ❤
Love to hear Rick's input and the way you look at the camera when Rick is filming
You are good - that song came to mind before you even sang it!
Dude i have a lil bit of an obsession with this aesthetic like the antique vibe loveeeee
Love the video, long time viewer before you go to best hotels around the world please think of the ones in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland they are some of the most beautiful areas we have here in UK happy hunting and happy holidays😊
The way this is only 10mins from where I live! I need to appreciate where i'm from more👏🏼✨️
Oooh what a lovely place, love it when you have a sugar rush 😂😂 your husbands voice is delightful….. & coco pops🤦♀️🤣🤣
Grace where is your lilac sweater from? So beautiful!
I think it's so cute that you are the driver and your husband is the camera man in the car haha. Also, lovely video, like always ❤
What, because women don’t normally drive?! 😮
The Parisian music with the intro😂 love it!
So much fun. Looked like an amazing place.
The nature tour has me cackling 😅
To me there are two types of hotels, the ones that provide slippers and the ones that don’t.
Trip to Salisbury!
When were you here?! I was in Lacock on Saturday as I live very nearby :)
Grace, You should try Ragdale Hall Spa…Went the first time last year and been back twice since😂 About to watch this and I imagine I’m going to be looking at there website after…Thank you✨Xx.

Right?! Check out the price-gouging at places like Disney World resorts...
You can have all of this for far less up north and more beautiful scenery beyond the hotel grounds
That’s was hilarious when you had a sugar rush in the woods 😂😂
baillifscourt in little Hampton is amazing you would love it
I'm from Australia, but my friend works here! I didn't realise how top-rated it was, to be honest! She wouldn't have been there when you filmed because she's currently on maternity leave after having a gorgeous baby boy... gives me an excuse to come across for sure!!
You need to visit Soothills in Hampshire to get the best lardy cake ever!!
When can we expect the Christmas food/snack haul video?
Thank you much love xx
I stayed there a few years ago and it was incredible!
Please review south lodge hotel afternoon tea!
I love a travel vlog............thank-you

adore this video
I check reviews for everything I buy! I saw the 'old' dial phone and I was sold!
Literally me! Btw idk if you’re into nyc vlogs but if so, you might like mine. Swing by, take a peek and stick around if you like. I’d be sooo grateful. 🙏
We need prices for spa/meals
Hello Grace!🥰
You’re telling me THE grace booth was 10 minutes away from me and I didn’t even know?! Omg! 😂
I've stayed there (a while ago). It's very nice but ridiculously expensive 😂🤷♂️👍
When you lay in that bath Grace you are not gunna see over the windowsill 😂😢❤ the room you’re staying in and the photos of the rooms you out at the start of the video are years apart 😂 you can’t compare them to the room you’re in now.. 😢😂❤
It looks like you had such a gorgeous time with Mr Grack! Those chunky chips had me 🤤
What’s the hotel called please
Oh my gosh this is near where I live! How odd to see you here haha
I can't believe you didn’t get dessert at dinner!😅
No air con would be a major no for me. I could only visit in the dead of winter.
it's so weird seeing people visiting your hometown/area as tourists omg
I think you are one of the very few people in the world that feel happier on rainy days 😂
You look like you're still sunburned! I didn't think that was possible in England. Another great job behind the camera from your hubby. You must have auditioned suitors... 😅
I burn in March in (middle-ish) England 😅
I feel like you'd really like Ragdale Hall Spa if you haven't tried that.
How did your robes come up missing ?? LOL
This looks like where Zoe & Alfie stayed in one of their Vlogust videos?
❤❤❤❤
Is this where Zoe Sugg and Alfie Deyes were a little while ago?
❤
This looks like the dream life
Didnt think the room was actually that great for the money. Stayed in better for a lot less. I guess you're paying more for the Spa and the location.
Not a single thing about that room screams 300
To you it isn’t, but with anyone who wants exclusivity, tranquility, class, history it is. I’d much prefer to stay there then some bland soulless space with an oversized tv filled with tacky overpriced furniture.

There’s a lot more to this hotel than the room.

Someone complaining about 300 for hotel room. Thats really nice. In usa that would pay way more than that.
Bath was my home for years; Chippenham was somewhere I only ever went through on the fast trains to London. Now it seems there's reason enough to stop at Chippenham - if I ever have cause to go back that way ... and if I can ever afford that amazing hotel!
zamzam water
Really muffled audio in this video
Please, slower moving camera next time. Thanks in advance. So beautiful.
:)
Bath hasn't got an R in it when you say it Grace !! .. Just Saying Lol 😂
not seen her channel for a while, seems a lot calmer now she's getting a bit.
Why is she with a dude?
She’s married, it’s a bit of an intrusive question to ask a stranger on the internet though
she;s a very homophobic heavy religous christian
He is her husband.
Love the channel but had to dislike the video simply because you did scones incorrectly😂 dont do that in Cornwall. #jamfirst
“I felt like I was in Downton Abbey” 🫶🏻
