@@rhondapelletier2141 I know this is insanely late but I find that practices mindfulness and gratitude help a lot. Think about all the little things you have and the things that you can still do. Be grateful. Once you have really thought about and have a list look at each thing on that list and imagine the complete opposite. It will help reinforce the gratitude and thankfulness for everything you do have and are still capable of. Best wishes on on your journey in life 🙂.
