One of my first mods for my E63 AMG S was a TCU Tune. I feel like just that alone would be enough to make the car run better. Im glad that this is proof that TCU Tunes are just as good as an ECU Tune with bolt ons
@@benjaminarthur6110 it’s even more imperative on the GM A8. The stock tuning on that transmission is abysmal and slow. A competent tuner can make a huge difference in acceleration and shift characteristics in that car if it’s done right. A TCU tune in my TT RS didn’t do much at all but, it was already well sorted.

Nah gtr got gapped. And I was at tx2k this year. If we talking at the track then yes gtr we're dominant. If we talking Mexico roll races then American v8 were superior. I had my mustang out there 900hp twin turbo. I got some kills on some hellboats and BMWs and boosted 350Z.

I have the same mods ! I’m porting the blower though ….I’m currently at 750 rwhp the stock TB is a major restriction I’ll be at 800 rwhp after this set up is killer !!!!!!! I have e85 plus meth and the car is awesome

No way he's making close to 800 whp. He don't have heads and Cam. And he's not pulley'd to the max to avoid going overboard on over spinning the blower. And he doesn't have a Ported blower either.
And Justin... owner isn't capping. He never got it dynoed so he said he doesn't know how much it's making and thinks around 700 whp. I think it's making low to mid 700s at the absolute max!

@@tomgroszek1933 the ls7 can handle 600 whp hci setup all day. Boost and sbe is a no go for the ls7. Needs a built motor and yep different crankshaft. If you want a boosted c6, you’re better off with the zr1. Or a built ls3.

Drag radials can easily be swapped out but sure, in its current wheel and tire setup, you’re right, it couldn’t turn but that’s obvious. If you put the stock wheel back on there, it would win around a track, too.
I’m certainly not biased. Sure, I used to own a C7Z so, I happen to know what I’m talking about with these cars but now I own an AWD car and I’m astutely aware of what those can do, too. But I still stand by my statement. There’s a lot of folks that think this is still 1960 and American cars can’t turn.
