I hope this research leads to more understanding around cell death that occurs in the brain/neurotrophic growth factors/amyloid plaques etc. I recently started taking phosphatidylserine supplements and it’s really improving my mental focus, rem sleep, cortisol levels, and mood. Sounds like it maybe clearing out old cells which if true is truly amazing.
