Very interesting. I recently discovered I have 20 % Ashkenazi dna(23and me). I have suffered from brain fog, muscle cramps, sore muscle, inability to relax my body from very young age. I could wake-up from muscle cramps 5 time a night. Tried phosphatidylserine to help my brain fog and miraculously it completely eliminated my muscle cramps from the first try. I previously unsuccessfuly tried supplementing potassium/ calcium/ magnesium, hydration, electrolytes, fasting, vegetarian, carnivore .... to name a few lol.

Love your experimental spirit there trying so many things! I've tried basically all the types of diets including vegan, carnivore, water fasts up to 21 days straight, keto, whole30, ketowhole30, vegetarian, juice fasts, eating only vegetables for weeks, etc. and you learn so much about how your body functions. Also, how easy it is to lose weight no matter what you're consuming, as long as that consumption is conscious (not consuming carbs and especially sugar does help a lot though). The other most significant improvement comes from eliminating caffeine entirely from one's diet for at least 6 months. Not "in moderation," or "occasional," just never, for at least 6 months. No sugar, no empty carbs, and no caffeine, will change your life. Vigorous exercise + meditation if you want the full scope.
What have you learned from your dietary and supplement experimentation?

Have you tried combining it with other things such as SAM-e, Bacopa, Ldopa (dopa mucuna), Alpha GPC or similar?

After all these years I’m not sure that anybody will read this, but perhaps Professor Gill could tell me if Phosphatidylserine may help with my idiopathic small fiber neuropathy.

Good question. Does it affect the brain?

So what you're saying is I can take a prostitlistering capsule add it to water and nasal spray it and it will get into the blood-brain barrier quickly? Can I do that or did you have to formulate it so it's adequate for nasal application?

In theory yes. But you may have to dilute it with something so it can be tolerable in the nose. I’m definitely interested. I just started supplementing with Phosphatidylserine and I love it. To think there’s a way to make it absorb better in the brain is very intriguing. Plus it’s a natural supplement so why not.

@@generalb4005 how are you benefiting from phosphatidylserine? (What benefits have you noticed?)
      What dose(s) are you taking?
      Thank you 🙏

@@TheReminderChannnel I’m always researching anything that improves focus and clarity.
Phosphatidylserine 400MG: I noticed immediate improvements with short term and long term memory.
CDP Choline 300MG : IMO has similar effects.
Both supplements work great but you have to cycle on then cycle off.
What’s interesting is that fasting for 48-72hrs gives me similar effects which is why i’m researching Ketone salts right now. Because every time i fast for 48-72hrs my ability to focus is clearer than any supplement I’ve ever taken. The body and specifically the brain switches to ketones for fuel after long term fasting.

@@generalb4005 thank you for the reply, really appreciate it.
Do you have to cycle it off? I’ve never come across anything mentioning that - nevertheless I generally think it’s better to cycle everything to avoid any issues.
I remember once I started taking 800mg a day (phosphatidylserine split doses) it really started to work and I noticed the stress-busting benefits almost immediately, it was amazing. It also made my skin extremely clear.
What cycling duration do you recommend? Eg. 5 days on 2 days off?
