Hair growth is something that automatically happens.
Hasn't it been almost 3 years since her last relaxer? I mean she's definitely retained a lot of that growth, but you'd expect this length by now.

Oma Sorochi yeah I know where you are coming from. But some people have been natural for years and their hair doesn’t grow as much. They are really just asking to see what methods and products they have used.
If you want to reduce shrinkage you should band the hair with rubber bands and small sections. Lovely either way to wear, but 4c hair can tangle when shrunken.

How do you wrap your hair at night when you wash and go?
Some may pineapple the hair or use bands along the length of the hair to keep strecthed
i love the gloves i also wear gloves as well cant do wash day without it

Alisha Berry it’s less messy and cuts down on snags. I used them be I wear acrylics with rhinestone that always snag. If you finger detangle you should try it!

I flat twist exactly like this 🙂 & I wear them in the front all the time. 1) it helps to preserve my edges and 2) when I untwist my hair it blends the edges seamlessly 😁
I might start doing that more often, especially when I wear a high puff

The twist n define cream was my holy grail when my hair was shorter. I always did one product wash n go with it. Sadly, It doesn't work on my hair anymore. It feels very weird in my hair now.

Daisy Flower Sometimes I find that when a product no longer works, it could be that the formula was changed or maybe hair porosity has changed. If you are a cowash person, try clarifying. Hope that helps and have an amazing day
@@DiscoveringNatural you're right! It's my hair that changed. I can't use products that contain a lot of oils anymore esp sheabutter. What I think I would try is using a leave in before the cream and see if it applies better.
