Hey Whitney I received my shipment of the twist elongating cream today. I ordered 3. I couldn’t wait to try it so I gave my daughter a jar and I kept the other 2. I used mine on dry hair to see how it is going to work, I love the consistency and it melted in my hair. One of my jars is not completely full. I sent the pics to your customer service department because I wanted you to know so that it can be corrected since that is one of the things you are most proud of. It is a lot of product for the price. I hope this helps you improve whatever the problem was with that one jar out of the 3 that I ordered. I appreciate your hard work and thanks for your response in advance.

Hey Whitney I received my shipment of the twist elongating cream today. I ordered 3. I couldn’t wait to try it so I gave my daughter a jar and I kept the other 2. I used mine on dry hair to see how it is going to work, I love the consistency and it melted in my hair. One of my jars is not completely full. I sent the pics to your customer service department because I wanted you to know so that it can be corrected since that is one of the things you are most proud of. It is a lot of product for the price. I hope this helps you improve whatever the problem was with that one jar out of the 3 that I ordered. I appreciate your hard work and thanks for your response in advance.
