Those UA-camrs just aren't makeup experts. They use more makeup than needed to look good and it looks artificial and cheap. You can tell by Miranda's makeup routine that she's worked with true masters of the field. The look is subtle, enhances the natural beauty, but doesn't overdo it. And most UA-camrs don't get the last part.
The makeup you see in UA-cam videos today is much inspired by the drag makeup. it's very full coverage and "extra". but i really like Miranda's style too. there's no right or wrong per se
