As a dental student I cringed when she said her toothpaste is fluoride free. There's almost no reason to use toothpaste if it's fluoride free. Edit: You guys are all so funny. Everything is toxic in excess. Everyone has different susceptibility to cavities, so I believe those who said they haven't gotten any cavities from using fluoride free toothpaste. Some people just aren't cavity prone, but those who are can benefit from using toothpaste with fluoride because it actually changes the composition of the surface of enamel to be stronger and less susceptible to cavities.
