Ege is turkish word actually and you pronounce it correctly. Next word in the bottle is is the greek word for “ege”. So they both mean “Aegea”. Turks and Greeks both share the “Aegean See”. I think this fragrance is nishane’s saying “Hey, It doesnt matter Ege or αιγαίο. It is the same thing. So lets share it and live peacefully” 😁 Turks and Greeks really getting well together when they forget the politics. Same culture basically. For giveaway I would really like a bottle of Hacivat

Nishane is great perfume house! I really love Ani and Hundred Silent Ways (the latter coming as a huge surprise for myself since i usually loathe tuberose in fragrances), and I really want to get Wulong Cha for the summer. My father used to have quite a collection back in the day. I love how some fragrances reminds me of my family or certain memories associated with them, that neverending nostalgic feeling. You surely have that too and its very noticable to me. Ege is such a perfect interpretation of the smells of the west coast of Sweden! 🇸🇪 The color of the bottle even matches the Swedish flag, I’ve had my eyes (and nose) on it for a while now. I've only started with my fragrance journey and has so far mostly collected travel and discovery sets from niche houses like MFK, Zoologist, Frederic Malle, Imaginary Authors and ELDO. But Nishane sadly isn't still part of my collection. You've made me so excited about Nishane as you talk a lot about the brand and always ranks high on your list (apart from FM POAL of course!) And so I've always wanted to dip my nostrils into Hacivat and Hundred Silent Ways, both of which feature notes that I feel are very much approachable. And tbh the ones i got over the last few months based off of your recommendations have been satisfying so far (the unisex ones at least since i'm female presenting). I think I would definitely like to explore more of the modern complexity. To me Nishane really is all about being modern but not necessarily trendy, caring not only about the technical properties of the fragrance, but the whole layers of meanings and purpose of the story/journey. And they do it bravely not being afraid not to please the audience with just nice or pleasant accords everyone is bored with already. But going the direction that also develops and educates their clients. This is what sustainable and right to me. That being said I would definitely like to have a flacon of AFRIKA-OLIFANT to discover more about the animalics, giving food for the brain to digest and understand what is Hosen in there purpose wise. I am from Switzerland :)

Hacivat stood out to me because the top notes include pineapple and bergamont, something I've never smelled together. As a woman who loves fresh unisex fragrances and walks a lot outside in the NY heat, I'm ready to see how amazing and long-lasting Hacivat is. Love how you add descriptive words that include all senses, not just smell. Not only are you in depth but you cover fragrances that are less popular in this house as well. My favorite Nishane spring/summer scent is Wulong Cha. You’re actually the reason why I bought a sample last summer ! I loved it so much I had to buy a bottle quickly. I really appreciate the reasoning and stories you tell us behind your ranking, and the structuring of how you tell it is like a gradual unravel that feels similar to the experience of trying the scent IRL! I’ve been on the hunt for a spring fragrance to share with my mother as we have a really aligned taste in fragrances, and its our fave bonding activity we have to enjoy and pick fragrances together :) Love the Nishane collection as sampled it in store but have yet to own one. Top pick would definitely be Wulong Cha! Like you said it’s gotta be one of the best tea interpretations out there, and reminds me of my brief trip to Shanghai before COVID. I have Ani, Hundred silent ways and Hachivat (6 bottles used). I am in love with this House. I will now get Ambra Calabria as you have given it #2 on your list. I follow you and like the way you describe the notes. You are spot on with the fragrances. I think Hachivat is #1 wear for Summer or Winter. It is a very delicious perfume. Most unlike most that I have smelt. I live in India.
Your ranking of these fragrances might be similar to mine (i.e. if I try them all), but from Nishane, I've only tried "Hacivat" and "Ani", and I enjoy both of them. If I win the draw, then I'd choose "Ambra Calabria" for multiple reasons, e.g. I enjoy "amber" fragrances, it's unique, I can like "green" notes, it would be a good way for me to become more familiar with galbanum, you placed it at that high of a ranking, and for other reasons too. definitely wulong cha for wear during the OPPRESSIVE summer’s here in texas! i must say that i respect your long-term commitment to certain scents that you’ve remained unwaveringly partial to since i began watching your videos a couple years ago. a certain rose fragrance comes to mind… and hacivat. you’ve consistently spoken highly of it which makes me think, “damn, this must be good!” and low key, the masochist in me so badly wants to sample unutamam! keep up the great work!

Nishane is probably one of my favorite fragrance houses. I recently had a friend visit Turkey and purchased me Ambra Calabria, which I love. I also have a travel tester from MaxAroma of Hacivat. I have a bottle of Hundred Silent Ways so thank you for sharing that you layer the 2! I am going to try this out and see how they work together. 😍 The one I’d lean towards would be Wulong Cha because of the tea note. Something that I don’t have already in my collection. Mi, USA

Nishane makes deliciously rich fragrances and even though I haven't tried the others on the list, Hacivat is definitely one of my favorite fresh fragrances. Sadly - The only Nishane fragrance I own is Ani (because come on..Ani is one of their heavy hitters - I mean everyone knows about Ani) and I LOVE Ani! One of my favorite Vanillas period...the ginger just does it for me! But, there are like 3 more fragrances from the house I would really, really love to own! When you say ANY bottle - bottle of choice - is it out of the 5 you featured in the video or like ANY fragrance from the House?!?! Because if it is truly any fragrance, I would say Nanshe please...Lol! I would love to own Nanshe! Second: Hundred Silent Ways - Third: Muskane...These are just the ones that speak to me personally. Post 2020 Hacivat has been reformulated and it's been watered down at that. It's no longer beast mode. (With my 2021 bottle) I sprayed on paper and compared it with a 2017 batch of Aventus (17Q11) and Aventus lasted much longer.

Ege is turkish word actually and you pronounce it correctly. Next word in the bottle is is the greek word for “ege”. So they both mean “Aegea”. Turks and Greeks both share the “Aegean See”. I think this fragrance is nishane’s saying “Hey, It doesnt matter Ege or αιγαίο. It is the same thing. So lets share it and live peacefully” 😁 Turks and Greeks really getting well together when they forget the politics. Same culture basically.

Nishane is great perfume house! I really love Ani and Hundred Silent Ways (the latter coming as a huge surprise for myself since i usually loathe tuberose in fragrances), and I really want to get Wulong Cha for the summer. I've only started with my fragrance journey and has so far mostly collected travel and discovery sets from niche houses like MFK, Zoologist, Frederic Malle, Imaginary Authors and ELDO. But Nishane sadly isn't still part of my collection. You've made me so excited about Nishane as you talk a lot about the brand and always ranks high on your list (apart from FM POAL of course!) And so I've always wanted to dip my nostrils into Hacivat and Hundred Silent Ways, both of which feature notes that I feel are very much approachable. And tbh the ones i got over the last few months based off of your recommendations have been satisfying so far (the unisex ones at least since i'm female presenting). I think I would definitely like to explore more of the modern complexity. To me Nishane really is all about being modern but not necessarily trendy, caring not only about the technical properties of the fragrance, but the whole layers of meanings and purpose of the story/journey. And they do it bravely not being afraid not to please the audience with just nice or pleasant accords everyone is bored with already. But going the direction that also develops and educates their clients. This is what sustainable and right to me.
That being said I would definitely like to have a flacon of AFRIKA-OLIFANT to discover more about the animalics, giving food for the brain to digest and understand what is Hosen in there purpose wise.

Hacivat stood out to me because the top notes include pineapple and bergamont, something I've never smelled together. As a woman who loves fresh unisex fragrances and walks a lot outside in the NY heat, I'm ready to see how amazing and long-lasting Hacivat is. Love how you add descriptive words that include all senses, not just smell. Not only are you in depth but you cover fragrances that are less popular in this house as well. I have Ani, Hundred silent ways and Hachivat (6 bottles used). I am in love with this House. I will now get Ambra Calabria as you have given it #2 on your list. I follow you and like the way you describe the notes. You are spot on with the fragrances. I think Hachivat is #1 wear for Summer or Winter. It is a very delicious perfume. Most unlike most that I have smelt. I live in India.
Your ranking of these fragrances might be similar to mine (i.e. if I try them all), but from Nishane, I've only tried "Hacivat" and "Ani", and I enjoy both of them. If I win the draw, then I'd choose "Ambra Calabria" for multiple reasons, e.g. I enjoy "amber" fragrances, it's unique, I can like "green" notes, it would be a good way for me to become more familiar with galbanum, you placed it at that high of a ranking, and for other reasons too. Nishane is probably one of my favorite fragrance houses. I recently had a friend visit Turkey and purchased me Ambra Calabria, which I love. I also have a travel tester from MaxAroma of Hacivat. I have a bottle of Hundred Silent Ways so thank you for sharing that you layer the 2! For this video in particular, it was nice to see some options for warm weather from Nishane, especially since I knew better their cold weather offerings. Sadly - The only Nishane fragrance I own is Ani (because come on..Ani is one of their heavy hitters - I mean everyone knows about Ani) and I LOVE Ani! One of my favorite Vanillas period...the ginger just does it for me! But, there are like 3 more fragrances from the house I would really, really love to own! When you say ANY bottle - bottle of choice - is it out of the 5 you featured in the video or like ANY fragrance from the House?!?! Because if it is truly any fragrance, I would say Nanshe please...Lol! I would love to own Nanshe! Second: Hundred Silent Ways - Third: Muskane...These are just the ones that speak to me personally. I would love to win Wulong Cha if possible. I would love to win it because it sounds awesome and I can’t currently afford to buy it, but it’s coming up to summer so it would be great to have a great fresh niche scent for the warmer months. I liked this video because it brought Ambra Calabria to my attention, I had never heard of it before and it sounds very very unique. It also peaked my interested in Wulong Cha so now I have a few Nishane I need to track down samples for. 😂

I absolutely love the house of Nishane, I own so far Hacivat and Wulong Cha, the house of Nishane is one of the best olfactory experiences I’ve had since experiencing Creed, I have a sample of ambra calabria, absolutely love it!!! Definitely NEED that fragrance in my life, the only Change I would make in ranking the 5 fragrances, in my opinion, EGE would be #4 and Colognise’ would be #5. Post 2020 Hacivat has been reformulated and it's been watered down at that. It's no longer beast mode. (With my 2021 bottle) I sprayed on paper and compared it with a 2017 batch of Aventus (17Q11) and Aventus lasted much longer.
I don't have anything by this house, but I would love Hacivat, got me at Woody, Patchouli,.and still be fresh for warmer weather 😍 I'm in Denver, CO. Thank you for improving my scent journey in life 😀😁
