In my opinion, NEFS is the ultimate fragrance from Nishane. When I want to go out and radiate sexual energy, I reach for NEFS. It smells divine on my skin. I think bc of the dominant honey note. Honey works so well on me.
My favourite is Afrika-Oliphant, it is such a classic scent, yes its polarising with the castoreum and funk but used sparingly and layered with saffron scents or something like Paco Rabanne Pour Home makes this a boss scent
I woke up this morning to the lingering smell of Afrika Olifant. Nishane fans should definitely give this a try. It’s like Chanel Antaeus or YSL Kouros on steroids with civet and castoreum notes. I absolutely love it. My next purchase will be Unutamam.
Nissane is my favourite house - I own 7! And have yet to come across a fragrance that I don't love. My top 5 are Ani/Ani X, Nefs, Zenne, Wulong Cha and Vain and Naive. The last one is great for everyday in the Spring/Fall.
Agree with u, nishane smells citronella according to my nose, I have an extract and anytime I wear it people around say wow it suits you so well but I cannot pass on the citronella smell so it is no for me

I feel like it’s pretty simple, not super complex or mind blowing but sometimes you need an easy reach. If I don’t know what to wear ar can wear that. I tried Nefs and did like it but it leans more masculine to my nose.
Nefs is my absolute favorite perfume right now, and I own fragrances like Naxos, Reflection Man 45, Jubilation XXV, Alexandria II, etc. It took months of me wearing Nefs to finally start liking it. At first it came across similar to bug spray to my nose. And then one day, suddenly, I was in love. 🤷🏻♂️ It smells sweet, boozy, slightly floral, a little "dark," and just simply delicious to me now. I also own Shem and Mana, and Mana is great, but Shem hasn't quite grown on me yet. I'll have to keep spraying. 😊

To me Nefs is so close to Bond No9 Nomade, my problem with them is, that both are feminine, and DNA is not worth that price tag, and both are kind of delicious contrary to what Nefs bottle induces.

This house imho is completely over rated….none of their fragrances have created an impact on me. Hacivat is just pineapple and nothing else. Ani is just amber and vanilla. Nothing exciting
Tbh ani has the least personality, it’s alright, but 1st place is too much. I have Nefs too, it’s good, dry down is what I like in it. Strong oud rose, it’s like More than words but a bit better, also has some similarities with Casafutura, it’s in my top 10 for sure. It has, rose oud, leather, saffron, fig, all the notes which you might want for fall weather. Karagoz is good in particular weather conditions, it’s musc-y fruity fresh a little powdery, for me it shines best fall or early spring. Papilelefiko should be way up in the list, somewhere near Tero actually.

I bought Ambra Calabria this year because I saw you describe it and I thought I might like it, and oh boy do I! It is gorgeous! I live in high heat/humidity and it wears sooo well. I get lemony, creamy, ambery, smooth vibes and it projects beyond arm's length and lasts for hrs. one of my favs!!
I enjoy Nishane and I gravitate toward the slightly stinky ones in the black bottles and Sultan Vetiver. The leather one (Suede et' Safran, maybe?) Is my favorite.

I have Woulong Cha, Ani and Nanshe. I find them very addictive especially Nanshe it's powdery as I want fragrance to be 😊

Ani is also a good hacivat layer, and speaking of layering hacivat, Mancera Coco Vanille is also nice imo.
