Thankfully we don't have smog as we are on the coast, we don't have seaweed washing up in large batches so that is good too, and the tuna factories were moved South of airport and away from the city years ago. There is only one factory left within the city that know of but it is on the opposite end so we don't deal with it. Any 0ther questions feel free to ask!

How common is it for these condos to be offered furnished, and how does this work that the sellers offer all the furnished? How close is it to amenities and how quiet is the building and outside, and the building's earthquake protection? Do you work in Gringolandia/Vergel in Cuenca too?

You may also see a recent video we did with her whereby we answered many questions for everyone! We do have properties that are sometimes furnished just depending on the seller's needs or desires. These sellers are building a new home so they are getting new furniture and decided to sell this condo furnished. The Riva Di Mare is on the Southern end of Restaurant Row so very close to great places to eat and socialize. There is also a nice grocery store a short walk away. All of the newer towers generally have upgraded and structurally sound foundations and seismic construction and building techniques. We don;t do any work in Cuenca personally, however we do have a network there with a great realoir we can recommend. Anything else you need please feel free to ask!
