Very nice,vits a Karnataka speciality. It's generally eaten with a dish called Ennegayi, a gravy dish made with either Capsicum or Brinjal. Another accompaniment is a red chilli chutney. I thought it's interesting to share this information.

Sorry this roti we have to massage with our hands using little water on hands when needed , not by the wooden spatula . we vasaikars are famous for this rice roti.
