Our PWR-series Titan8 products can only handle 300 amps of charge current from an alternator. If you had a secondary battery or another Titan8 product to spread the load of that alternator across, you will be fine!
Hey Michael, as a standalone option, xMAX45 can only handle 200 amps of charge current from an alternator. If you spread the load across multiple xMAX products, you would be fine. As an example, if you have a 250 amp alternator, two xMAX45's would be fine.

Either battery would be good. However if you are mounting under the hood only the titan 8 is under hood safe.
