Happy New Year!!
Here is a classic pepper sauce recipe to start off the new year, please check out my playlist on other pepper sauces I've made in the past.
I love you all and will be uploading regularly again in 2021!
For this recipe you will need:
1 cup of white vinegar
3 cloves of garlic
20 hot peppers
juice of one lemon
1 cup chopped carrots
2 tbsp salt

I make pepper sauce in Toronto but I never try the lemon juice and celentro. We have bandania here in Toronto. I would try your recipe. (Guyanese canadian)

Mom. I have a question made the peppersauce and after 3 weeks it smelled funny and had a fungus on the top. Can you tell me what happened
Was it kept in the fridge? If you use a spoon make sure it's plastic and does not touch other food before putting it back in the bottle. You can also use a little preserving salt next time to help keep it longer.
How long can it stay in the fridge
Can I add mustard to it ?
