In cornsnakes, there are 3 (not counting wildtype) different alleles on the hypo gene- “regular” hypo, strawberry, and Christmas, as well as 7 other hypo like genes- buf (which is dominant to wildtype), dilute, lava, peach, motley/striped, sunkissed, and ultra (which is an allele to amel).
Grateful for what you guys do for the industry. It'd be really amazing to see you invite Pro Herper for chat, he's the only one doing shed tests in Europe, as far as i know.

@@rolandquintanilla6807 from my understanding from what I’ve heard from others is that they are compatible they are both DG, but enhancer does do things a bit differently and I believe makes the snakes look cleaner than the regular DG. But if someone wants to be more scientific on this I’d welcome an explanation.
As far as the causal mutation that makes an animal look like a visual DG or Enhancer, it is the exact same and identical mutation. So with our DG test, enhancers test exactly the same.

Yes it is! They both have the same -5 mutation that causes them 👍
