Not worth the price. In my opinion, the most luxurious part, was the ocean view from the balcony.

130 square feet for $400K USD????? Plus, you have to drive down dirt road to get to a tiny house? They must be smokin’ crack!!! DEFINITELY too small for the price they are asking. Coastal erosion is also a concern for me because there is no sea defense wall. It’s a nice spot, but they must be building them for the Chinese.

Trying to insult our intelligence! Whoever designed and built this, have no idea what luxury is. It seems like they built the building using shipping containers.😂
