They just need some tours with some better known band, likes next year they follow Tesseract around EU. Look what Jinjer or Spiritbox are achieving, Unprocessed are gonna be next
The other guitarist(it's genuine shame I don't know his name) is just as good... saw them live and he carries most of the riffs. Manuel just does fancy bits ontop(very well)

That's a quintessential Unprocessed here: technical, yet super catchy riffing, near-pop-song chorus, well crafted composition with flawless transitions from one part to another, and great atmosphere. But THAT solo! A pure treat
i think because its a pretty inaccessible genre for most people, like metal is already pretty hard for some people and then adding the whole super complex guitar and melodies makes it even more inaccessible

I tried to listen to heavy music before, but in the end I couldn't go further than prog/math rock. But I was absolutely blown away by Unprocessed's latest release because they're very good at taking the best of both worlds and I was able to listen to something that sounded like metal with great pleasure. But to be honest, although some of the tracks are quite heavy, overall the sound is much less distorted and "sweeter" to the ears than the metal I was trying to listen to previously

Sleep token are pre generic, hardly on my radar, certainly not in my playlists, no where near good enough. Edit: Plus the EDM techno shit is worse than Northlane, well they are both pre fucked. So naturally not in my playlists / shit tier, reinforced since im Aussie.

The only modern metal(ish) band that doesn't drown the bass down to an illegible low frequency and instead, they make it as a distinct and a very prominent instrument. Keep that up. Riffs here are so slutty and filthy, I love it.
Check out Ne Obliviscaris. Best bass tone in the game. Completely agree though bands need to rely more on the bass to do its job instead of making the guitar do both

Keep coming back to this album the last few months and its quickly turned into one of my favorites. Unprocessed aside, the solo at the end is likely in the top 3 best for the last 5 years or so.

I recently discovered this band and have had the new album on repeat since it dropped. This is probably my favorite song from the album, it's gorgeous and heavy at the same time (and gets stuck in my head the most 😅)

Sometimes you get so stuck on the same songs over and over again, but you just don't manage to broaden your horizons. Luckily I discovered Manuel on Instagram and thus the way to the whole band! This song is excellent. I happy with the evolution of Unprocessed. It's been natural and they still sound like they should. So many bands over the last few years changed and don't sound anything like they used to. They might as well have changed their name.
