John Wick is an American neo-noir action-thriller media franchise created by screenwriter Derek Kolstad and owned by Summit Entertainment. Keanu Reeves plays John Wick, a retired hitman seeking vengeance for the killing of the dog given to him by his recently deceased wife, and for stealing his car. The franchise began with the release of John Wick in 2014 followed by two sequels, John Wick: Chapter 2 on February 11, 2017, and John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum on May 17, 2019. All three films were considered critical and commercial successes, accumulating a collective gross of more than $587 million worldwide. A fourth installment, John Wick: Chapter 4, is in pre-production and has a release date of May 27, 2022. A fifth installment is also in development, and it will be shot back-to-back with the fourth film in 2021.
John Wick is on the run, being hunted with a $14 million open contract on his life for breaking a foundational rule: taking a life on Continental Hotel grounds. The victim, Santino D'Antonio (Riccardo Scamarcio) was a member of the High Table-the organization that ordered the open contract. John should have already been executed but Continental's manager, Winston (Ian McShane), has given him a one-hour grace period before he is "excommunicado"-his membership revoked with him banned from all services and cut off from other members. John uses favours and contacts accrued in his former life to stay alive as he fights his way out of New York City. In October 2016, Stahelski announced the development of the third film. The film began production in early 2018.

IMO i really thought at the end of 4, we were going to get a shot of inside of the NY Continental and Mr Wick was going to be behind the desk to repay the debt of Charon's death. Mainly because of the deal with the table during the last duel, Winston's request was to have it re-sanctified. This would allow Wick to "retire", pay a debt, and live life out in the holy grounds.

A few of those or so it's time for the next level of a saga or trilogy ether way I think he could do very well in that but he is 60 now so maybe not but he is still in good shape so but yeah that's what I want too see him in also
Why do we need John wick dead yes he is a legend and assassin but he can move on by one more big kill and Fade into the background with a his dog maybe a love interest because it gets tiring to kill a hero my just saying most people that love this franchise want a dead wick but in some way living and having someone to die old with makes sense and with his dogs just my opinion. Dead wick feels good but life with someone can still make you a hero and a legend death in movie has to many drawbacks in loving the franchise.

Honestly the only way JW died was the total accumulation of all his injuries, Those three shots at the end wouldn't in and of themselves kill him.In fact he shot the doctor with two of those in JW 3 (The left shoulder and left side lower abdomen. I honestly would not watch a JW movie without JW himself, so that movie would flop. If we never see a JW 5, I'm happy. 4 was a great bookend and end to the story

Guys this video is full of shit! JW5 will come out and it will have Keanu in it. Keanu and the director Chad both said jw5 will happen, if the audience wants it. We do want it and lionsgate does as well. So yes Keanu will be back in it. He has already agreed!
