WOW! I am so grateful I saw this video... that You can't use it for more than 60 secs in the manual.

You should not use for more than 60 seconds continuosly but You can use for more than 60 seconds after frequent stops and cooling off. 60 seconds continuous is even much with most processors and blenders. The idea is not to burn the motor.
I'm between this model and Bosch mcm3 Plus. Any comparisons?

Sorry but I skipped through the rhetoric at the beginning and got to the part where I heard the words "I'm not a cook". That equates to the blind leading the blind so I won't watch any more!
Hi David, thank you for your comment. It was necessary to state that I am not a 'professional' so that the video is not viewed or judged in that regard.
I however cook on a regular basis for my family and the review was intended for the non-professional cook like myself.
This is obviously not a machine for professionals. So an honest review by a non-professional is actually really helpful.
the laughs giggling and all the rest of it. So annoying. Just get to the business and stop all the weird giggling and laughing like a high school girl
