I just thought, what if the Beast was from the same prior universe as the Ancient Lights (Sarah-Jane Adventures)? They could have been at war in their universe for dominance, and when their universe died, both entities survived, with the Ancient Lights bringing through some of their puppets, who would form the Disciples of Light and imprison the Beast? Because, the Ancient Light’s universe had different laws of physics, where things like astrology worked, so what if magic worked as well, hence how those jars were one of the reasons why the Beast looks imprisoned?
The so called pre universe has according to lore shown up quite a few times...the beast, the ancient lights, fenric, the eternals in enlightenment, the guardians, the main villain of the web planet and so on
I had the exact same thought when watching that story, maybe Trueman was one of them since the laws of physics are different maybe their theory of time operates differently too.
I did think that might be possible, the beast said "the followers of the light" imprisoned him which means that perhaps it was the ancient light and its followers that originally defeated the monster and imprisoned him.
Random fun fact, the name Abaddon is used way to much in the various bibles, it’s the Devil, the Anti-Christ, The horseman of death, the king of the abyss and the soul eater, but it’s also god’s favourite angel, the guardian of earth, the guardian of the gates of heaven, the reincarnation of christ, the angel that revived Christ & even... purgatory...yesh so many abaddons
To be fair there are a lot of biblical figures that have the same name, lots of johns and Joseph's and Joshuas. Perhaps this is another of these things or perhaps the same figure has been accounted as several different things as the Bible is known to have several different versions/accounts of every event, story, parable, and prophesy because it's compiled from oral histories and different texts from early Christian sects many of whom had very different ideas.
Just realised the character of possessed Toby is a kind of Easter egg. Rowan Atkinson once did a live comedy sketch as the devil where he called himself "Toby" 🙃
@@patchworkfellow I mean his main body is in there too and it won't kill him because if it could kill him then the disciples of light would have just yeeted him into it and be done with it. I assume that when the black hole finally decays the beast will be released in all his splendor, as he could just mind hop back into his original body. Might take a while though.
I was scared the first time I watched the Odd and the Beast. I wonder if we'll see the Beast again? Fun fact the actor who played Jefferson starred in Alien 3 and was the sole survivor.
Now if only if we could learn more about duroc and the black void after life , maybe its a holding area for the souls to reincarnate in a paraellel universe.
I just rewatched the pit episodes and it just occurred to me...the repair chief, would could be seen as “Chief Engineer”... is “Scooty” Which my phone just now even tried to correct to “Scotty” lol
It should be noted that GOD as in the creator, has apper in a doctor who story "Power to the People" Power to the People was a short story published in Doctor Who Magazine 114. It featured the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown meeting God. Unusually, this was not some lesser alien entity posing as God but God himself.Although, the Doctor and Peri later learn what god is and why He created the universe/everything in the first place, and it's disturbingly mundane. Long story short: God is Omnipotent,Omnipresent and Omniscient however he is apart of race(Which basically make him not omnipotent) and created existence as a science project(His words). Since Im not going to write anymore just check out tardis fandom if you want to know more.
I just realised somthing his body and mind is seen but not his shadow maybe abandon isn't his direct son but his shadow and the midnight entity could be the the beasts mind the beast got revived in the comics so why not his mind to its been displayed that the beast has physic abilities and the midnight entity seems to have no physical form since it goes through the bus but there's no hole but it touches things like knocking and shaking so maybe its using physic abilities maybe the midnight entity is the beasts mind
I believe Billis Manger says "son of the great Beast" in his monologue to Gwen before Abbadon appears in this clip from the ep - ua-cam.com/video/bZDW6dYo_k4/v-deo.htmlsi=jUqGtsqRkOWFRjo4 😁😁
So the Beast is essentially the Devil, the creature the idea was based upon in the universe of Doctor Who. Obviously we've only got Krop Tors cave doodles, the Beast's words and the Doctor's theories to go on but it makes for an interesting villain for sure
sending the devil in to a blackjole is by fantasysience meassure pretty stupid? Its like giving a endless evil force, that cannot die, is very angry, and intellegent sending in the greateast imagineable force of nature a black hole, it whould get the force to lead this hole to evereythings he desire and whould get his revenge every time, sooner or later...
Sorry, getting sick of videos like this. Can you do more then describe what happens in episodes of Doctor Who and come up with something more interesting or even a theory would be nice.
One of the GOAT episodes; how The Doctor got his iconic spacesuit
For those who care, Abaddon means “destroyer” or “place of destruction”

zak jaggs fair enough. It’s just “The Disciples of _Light”..._
Shuheb A7 I think they were just from the Dark Times, but that’s possible!

Abbadon means destroyer
Abbadon means doom
@@mariatolich4056 no it means doom
man they couldn't abandon that name could they?

while I didn't dislike the video, it was basically just a recap of the two episodes.
To be fair the beast and abandon only appear once so it’s hard to have a full episode of them.
I love that the Beast responsible for all evil in the universe not just Earth.
Just realised the character of possessed Toby is a kind of Easter egg. Rowan Atkinson once did a live comedy sketch as the devil where he called himself "Toby" 🙃
Can You do a History On the Rutans, With Them Being Mentioned in Every Sontaran Story and having only one T.V. Story with them in it.
yes we need this
They're in the adventure games too
A tip : watch series on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies recently.
@Trevor Luciano Yea, been watching on flixzone} for since november myself :D
I really wanna see them in new who. They have such an unconventional appearance but the new cgi could really do them justice
Would be cool for the Beast to return
Agreed, but I’d be very impressed if he managed to get out of a _black hole_ with _that_ puny human bod- I mean, yeah. Nice idea :)
Cosmo 456 it wa only his body that got trapped, his mind is still alive and probably chilling on some moon
Synth there was a comic in 2008 where he did return and the doctor trapped him in a time vortex
@@fliggy91 can you send me a link

Satan and Abaddon... charming lads, huh.

Abaddon is the Beast. They are just different incarnations of the same ideal.
I always thought it was only really scary when it spoke through the ood.
So the beast, along with the parasitic planet Akhaten is kinda like Dr Who’s version of Transformers villain Unicron.
Now if only if we could learn more about duroc and the black void after life , maybe its a holding area for the souls to reincarnate in a paraellel universe.

Before there was time there were monsters
What about the entity from the audiobook Phobos? Is that related?
Can you do odd Bob the clown (the Sarah Jane adventures) and the ghostmaker (torchwood)
Fun Fact: *Doctor Who's villains Sutekh and The Beast are both voiced by one and only Gabriel Woolf*
A phenomenal voice actor! Chillssss everytime!

Before I watched the count number was 666 on this video about the beast. Hahaha amazing
Congrats you just got a subscription
I hope you do a video based on Azel and The Daemons.
This isn’t the full history, the beast returned in a comic thingy
WE DON'T TALK ABOUT THE COMIC THINGY
@@gearmachine8454 why what happens in it
Doctor Who is Epic!
Correct.
There was an animated sequel to the Beast's story on the BBC website. Ridiculous story, but I guess it is canon.
where?
@@Mediaguy8000 It was hosted on the BBC website several years ago. No idea if it's available there anymore.
Abandon don’t work with the devil sir, abandon is the king of the plagues he is the destroyer not the devour
Oooooooh this from doctor whooooooo
