He also knows to cut the discarded pieces so that the trash bag will have more room. And most importantly he’s got a nice eye catching presentation of his fruits. しょうがない水は限られるし、衛生面の事を考えるとね。それに目の前でそう言うの見ると綺麗にしてるなってなるから（路上だからこそ意味がある）他の店より買いたくなる。味が混ざるの嫌いって人もいるだろうし
道具なり食べ物なり、綺麗に無駄なく使う人って好感持てますよね
