      Good luck either way. Just think win. Never say anything but that and you will do well regardless. I never competed in wrestling but took part in twelve judo tournaments and five in jiu jitsu.

    can you transition to a seat belt toss from this position or would that be illegal?

      In Jiu jitsu they would pounce on your back with hooks in once you expose your back. Not saying it can’t be done, I’m a BJJ black belt and I try to incorporate all these moves when I roll with other black belts. I don’t like fighting off my back, I like the Dagastane wrestling style
