My dear fellow artisan wire crafter. I love the look of this one. I don't know how long you've been on UA-cam but I am thoroughly enjoying your videos! There is just something about the way you talk and wrap that captured my full attention. Kuddos to you. That piece is not over the top and not boring either. I'm just now learning the weaving and adding components.
This is such a beautiful piece! and finally someone else who is left-handed! It is so tricky how we have to reverse everything that is shown to us.Thank you for the video.
Thank u. It's easier that way and I don't waste a lot of wire doing it. It helps also if u have a sketch of what you want to make first before. That way, u have a guide of what kind of textures u want to use.
Thank you for the tutorial! I have one suggestion: it would be great if you would put the materials needed for the pendant in the description below, like lengts of wire and gauges, measurements of the stone etc.
So glad I ran across you. I was getting a bit bored with the video reruns. The artists are wonderful and talented but I can't find anything to get my get up and go. Thanks so much you are very talented and I love your beautiful pieces
It really is nice of her to mention other weavers. So many times we see channels that scoop other artists designs and use them as their own. This is why I was so surprised Mithril Arts and Jewelry did this type of tutorial (most artists guard it with their lives and won't share.)
Goodness gracious what a vision!!! Your talent an eye for composition is breathtaking You stay safe, passionate and healthy Love your delightfully gracious personality ❤️❤️❤️🌈🦋
Love your tutorials! I always wondered how that point at the bottom is made -- I'm not a fabricator by natural talent, so I have to watch people make things for the ideas to click. You are helping so many people with your tutorials who want to make this style of creations!
Aww thank u. I appreciate it, although I'm not sure I'll get around to making my own. I just buy awesome ones already made. Your voice is very nice to listen to.
Hello there Nadin, I am finally trying this tutorial. There are a couple places where you didn’t mention the length of wire, for instance when you do the weave I’m trying my best to judge how long the wire is I’m guessing about 8 inches but not really sure. Also when you did the coil before you coiled the coil how long was the single coil. Wow that was something huh? I think I got my coiled coils slightly longer than yours but that’s OK. I’m also using a bloodstone. Can’t wait to show you. Just maybe update the links and the amounts of wire. Keep doing what you’re doing it’s great! Be safe…
Mithril Arts and Jewelry thank you, I’ve had some of the wire (and the tools I use for other things) for a while and your fabulous design has given me the impetus to actually use it 🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏻🌹🏴🇬🇧
You have come such a long way in your art, considering you have only been doing it for a year (as you told me in a previous post). I totally understand becoming obsessed and wanting to create constantly. It takes that type of...immersion, I guess is a good word...to excel at your art, which you certainly have. Being commissioned for your work so early in the "game" is proof enough that you are damn good...and you can only get better. I look forward to watching your development.
Love this tutorial. Even though it's more advanced because of the weaves I think this would be much easier for me to do. Weaving is so much easier for me than the free form wrapping. We'll see. I'll let you know how it turns out.
I am so glad I found you! I am so excited to be able to learn and grow as an artist myself. I have loved this style, and have made a few myself, but your techniques make it so much more simple than I was doing to begin with. Thank you for sharing your talents! I can't believe you have only been doing this a year. I have also been wrapping for only a year, and it's so great to see how fast we can grow. I look forward to seeing more videos from you!
