I love how the dialogue and script is so much more relatable and realistic to real life. It’s a much more interesting take different from all the other Dragon Ball movies.

Yep! The only thing i disliked was goku shaming vegeta for concentrating and downplaying the importance of meditation after we see him do the same multiple times in the series. But i guess they'll correct that in the manga...

I loved the visual callbacks in the beginning and I liked that the descendants of the Red Ribbon Army are trying to get back into the game. Was kind of surprised to know that Gero was married and had a family. His grandson is similar but is way less evil. Was also surprised that Red had a son too. Really dig the animation here too. Not quite how it was in Broly but I still liked it way more than I thought I did. I also loved that for ONCE, we're not focused on Goku and Vegeta being the main characters this time, but more in the background/supporting. Kind of similar to Bio Broly in thar sense. Liked that Gohan, Piccolo and Pan got their chance to shine here. It was kind of nice focusing on the supporting characters this time. We need a bit of that more often!
@Ricardo Alves Are you kidding? In Z barely anyone had a spotlight aside from saiyans post saiyan saga. In super the first arc has everyone try and go up against beerus, in Res F everyone even master roshi (who did almost nothing in Z) got to fight for once. And that's not even going into the ToP.
@Ricardo Alves In the saiyan saga they beat up nameless fodder and were used as hype tools for the saiyans. In the namek saga only the saiyans mattered with piccolo having only 1 fight only for it to not matter. And as for the buu saga sure hercule did something, that doesn't change the fact that every other human and EVEN piccolo did practically nothing. You're right the comparison is incomparable because super stomps easy in this category.
I hope the third movie doesn't go back to goku and vegeta.
Right ? GT was supposed to be that but it ended being goku and vegeta. Dbs super should have been that but it ended being goku and vegeta. The manga new arc was supposed to be that but it will end with goku and vegeta.
Like don't get me wrong i love them goku is my favorite character and we had great moments but if dbs ends or dies and that there nothing after we would have never seen ANYTHING about the new generation. I loved how goten and trunks were focused on the small arc in the manga (even though it was trunks focused and goten got no love like always).
I want to see something past the 28th, i want to see uub, goten, trunks...

this movie was in production immediately after the DBS Broly movie and at the time the Moro arc was still ongoing, so the movie kinda retcons some stuff, that's why the manga arc of this movie is being made just to fix some details and retcons

For the people who dont know this, Vegeta is talking about Manga Jiren here, as both Movies uses the Manga power scaling (which is the only one that is actually canon to the story, and it makes sense).
BEcause Jiren from the Anime as long with much other characters powers where greaaatly exagerated for the sake of hype only, like Kefla.

Aimin the reason trunks was being recorded was because Gero was using the data to create cell, so that recording is from the bug cameras Dr, Gero used to collect data for cell, also in that scene the first image is a screenshot from DBZ Kakarot with trunks standing in front of frieza

Normally, I prefer 2D animation for Dragon Ball anime content (not saying that some 3D elements are terrible, like in DBS Broly for example), but I wasn’t really bothered that much with the 3D animation for DBS Super Hero. At least we did get 2D animated scenes in this film, that much I can appreciate.
If this is how CGI will be treated for other movies then I see this as an absolute win
