How the hell does this channel not have 5 million subs? This is the hidden treasure of training at the bottom of the Internet ocean
Right!!! I LOVE the way he approaches training and his athletes with keen eye for individualization.
Working on it ;). Thanks for the great comments!
The people aren’t ready for this quality
@@THIBARMYCoach, over time, quality wins. May take longer than usual in some cases, but at least you have quality covered!
Actually,thats a good thing.
If he had 5 million subs by now, that would imply he is selling "pink fog" like all those "experts" for sex, longevity, food, exercise and everything else possoble to monetize them,in order to fill their inner emptiness from selling their soul to unholly one.
youtube is full of their lies and they are popular, but real truth within them is different from lifestyle they presenting.
Coach have good bussiness, well established reputation and "brand" and thats enough for community he is refferint to,as well as people that foolow him,now its worldwide...:)
Really enjoyed todays lesson coach thank you 💪
Thank you Christian! Fantastic information as always 🙏🏻
Much appreciated
Always most interesting sports-related topics + Best coach on UA-cam‼
Wow, thanks!
I am enjoying every lecture of yours, coach.
Nice to see you again on this platform,as well...
Thibarmy soldier. :)
Very much appreciated
I overtrained to the point that one day, I felt like I had the worst flu ever. Muscle aches, brain fog, fever, headache, every single movement felt like I was moving through jello and objects were twice as heavy as before. I believe what I experienced was real CNS fatigue, and it’s sad the video doesn’t address those particular symptoms.
That was more likely beta-adrenergic donwregulation. You basically made yourself resistant to your own adrenaline. This is what we typically call. "overtraining"... but it is more adequately called "training burnout"
@@THIBARMY Interesting I'll look into it, thanks for your reply.
This is super interesting material. Do you have written a book about things neurological or can you recommend a book? Or which book that you have written goes into this the deepest? Thank you.
I have had low dopa my entire life. And it's so bad my depression is always at a 10. Supplemented with Phenylalanine the precursor to l- Tyrosine. And it Completely got Rid of my depression, but quite working after a month. The same with other Aminos.I have tried everything out of options.😢
Great information as usual, thanks for putting this out. If I am already taking glutamine first thing on an empty stomach, would it be okay to take tyrosine as well?
Yes, but Id drop the glutamine. It doesn't do anything for you provided that your overall protein intake is sufficient. It *might* provide *some* help with stomach issues like leaky gut and might help replenish muscle glycogen while on a low-carbs diet, but that's pretty much it. All the studies (that I'm aware of) that showed muscle-building benefits used very high doses take intravenously... oral glutamine doesn't work the same as most is used by the stomach.
Thanks Coach!@@THIBARMY
So, this is the first time I've seen item 3 mentioned despite quite a bit of research. I took l-tyrosine twice a few years ago, and both times I became incredibly lethargic and even sleepy. I was afraid to take it again. However, I assure you I do none of the things you mentioned, although there was a period years ago where I was taking the ephedrine + caffeine + green tea stack for a prolonged period of time (maybe a year?), but always at a reasonable dosage. Ideas???
ADD/ADHD or something kinda similar, or subconscious trauma. This was the case for me. I had roughly the same as u just described.
I guess the description is what used to be called burn out.
Yes, it's actually a better term
if dopamine was problem, how much amount of tyrosine do you recommend daily?
I wouldn't take it daily because any supplement that increases dopamine also lowers serotonin. So I'd recommend taking 2-3000mg three times a week or one day on one day off
What would you recommend if the issue is number 2 or 3?
So what do you do to fix this?
stop abusing caffeine or limit caffeine, u can do that kind of things, but if u are doing powerlifting or strength training i think u can take a break to the gym 1-2 week.
how much L-Tyrosine is safe to take to recover from this?
Not 10gms!! Try maybe 250 to 500 mg
All those huge muscles are there so that his massive brain doesn't stand out. (That's a compliment btw)
If you have these symptoms u should see a doctor u might have a mental health condition especially if ur in the flight or fight response all day….don’t take anything without asking ur dr
So their is nothing as CNS fatigue
Nah it's nervous system. My max on isomax deadlift falls off a cliff when the cns is burned out. Has nothing to do with burning your brain. No one ever said that
Is it proper to call it peripheral fatigue instead of cns fatigue?
Not really. Peripheral fatigue typically refers to the fatigue of the muscles themselves. Either during a workout or in the post-workout period due to muscle damage.
Wow, 10 grams is alot Christian!
It is! And it' not what I recommend for a daily or regular use
