- Today we will be taking a look at the SSF Stereo Dipole. We will go over some use examples of the dipole along with the dipole as a synth voice, quad oscillator, pinging, and filtering. Table of contents is at 30 sec mark in the video.
In this series, I share how I use different modules to produce music. Hope you enjoy it! Feedback is greatly appreciated.

This is literally the only video of the Dipole in use as a more experimental piece of equipment in depth. Super glad you took the time to do this, a few years later and it's still helping!
It's one of the most detailed videos on Stereo Dipole, thanks for the amazing sound design
Glad you liked it!
Thank you for sharing such a variety of patches. It's very helpful. 22:22 is incredible.
Great job showing how much more than just a filter the Stereo Dipole is. Love the groove at 28:00.
I just bought this filter and Your episode is the best way to fully understand how to make it work for your pleasure . Thanks a lot
I have been debating this filter over a current on that I have and this video sealed the deal. Time to get this bad boy. Thank you for your work!
Nice! Yea man this is a super dope filter its in 95% of all my current music
Some great demos of this amazing filter, thank you!

Great walk-through, but also great sounds you're getting. 15:30 is amazing.
12:30 So nice, amazing use of this filter
I've been going back and forth trying to pick between the QPAS and Stereo Dipole for a while now, but I think you just sold me on the Dipole. Excellent demos.
👍🏾👍🏾 i stand by dipole would be great to have both but my pick was dipole
Listen to those lazers B, lol! Love the video, thanks for helping me see the potential of my Dipole.
Glad to help
20:38 omg.. fire bro. Gonna spend the few minutes figuring out how I can fit this into my rack. Thanks for the dope content as usual

Respect the excellent use of modulation. Everything sounded super musical. Some really interesting ambient things happening that I really liked. Zadar Jedi always get my salute as well.
thanks Dude for this video of the dipole. the best I see. you decided me to buy the dipole! :)
Man its an awesome filter plus it does so much more!
I have the MN Qpas. After watching this Video I really wish I had bought the SSF. You can just get so much more out of it. Maybe I sell my QPAS and get this one.
Get both.
Whoa... Whoa! I actually need this filter.
"Hell yeah,... hell yeah... maybe put some delay on dat shit" - Ali The Architect 2019
Bad ass module sir
Cool sounds. An enjoyable demo.
🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you
Thank you for this
U get some great sounds outta this man :)
sounds great as an oscillator wow
Hi Everyone! One question: I just got the Stereo Dipole, and I love it! The poles are dancing around beautifully but as 2x mono (same problem with my other stereo modules (Monsoon, Data Bender, Desmodus Versio). I can't hear the stereo image. Do I need an extra stereo module/mixer? Also, patch cables are typically mono, so how do you get stereo? Atm, my routing is poleA/dipoleA & poleB/dipoleB (or R & L outputs for that matter) into two channels of Veils, out to soundcard -> Ableton via Optx ADAT. What am I missing? The answer might be obvious, but I don't know. Thanks for any help!
its 2 mono channels so you are doing it right the center is a mono sum of both
@@AliTheArchitect Thank you! I finally wrapped my head around it (in stereo this time :D). I just had to set 2 channels of my Optx as a stereo pair instead of 2xmono. Modular stereo is a beautiful thing!
been waiting !
thanks bro!
At 31 it sounds more like a chopped sample rather than elements. How dis you do that?
Great job Ali 🤘🏾
Thanks bro!
Love your channel dude!
Thank you i really appreciate that.
'Good as shit.... Goodness!'
I have a SFF dipole , and it can get really weird......another world......does not even sound like a filter at all.
I have Magneto too, and I bet if you put the dipole before the Magneto.....wow
DOPE!
